If you walk from Termini Station, it takes about 30 minutes even on the shortest route if you are dragging a suitcase.

A EVITER
J'ai réservé cet hôtel dans le TGV vers Rome. Avec une connexion internet instable, j'ai dû m'y reprendre à plusieurs fois avant d'arriver à valider la réservation.
Or en rentrant à Paris, je me suis aperçu qu'il y avait eu deux réservations avec deux paiements. Expedia a sa part de responsabilité, car je n'ai pas eu de mail de confirmation, ni de la 1ere réservation ce qui m'aurait alertée, ni de la 2eme d'ailleurs.
Mais à mon arrivée à l'hôtel, la personne à l'accueil ne m'a pas prévenu qu'il y avait deux réservations à mon nom et ne s'est pas étonnée que je prenne qu'une seule chambre. Ce qui est étrange voire malhonnête. On peut imaginer qu'elle avait compris le problème, mais ne voulait surtout pas évoquer le sujet. Ce qui est pris est pris.
Comme le confirme ma demande de remboursement faite auprès d'Expedia quelques jours plus tard refus de l'hôtel de faire un geste !
D'où ma recommandation : fuyez cet hôtel qui a une relation client désastreuse !

Struttura molto pulita, personale disponibile, colazione ottima (a buffet) e con ampia scelta, inclusa la frutta fresca. Unico "problema", se così possiamo definirlo, la distanza relativamente elevata da Termini. Per il resto tutto ok.
