Les points fort De l'hôtel est la propreté, la situation géographique proche des transports en commun accessibilité à de nombreux petits restaurants abordable autour. Le petit-déjeuner de l'hôtel est excellent. l air onditionné est très efficace dans le temps des canicules.
Il ne faut pas s'attendre à une qualité de matelas comme nous avons en Amérique du Nord dans les grandes chaînes d'hôtel. Par contre pour un 3 étoiles c'est vraiment bien.
Pas un endroit pour les familles vraiment pour les couples et les jeunes adultes.

The room was very small but got the job done. INTENSE amount of black mould in the bathroom, like the housekeeper came in to clean it and it was still nauseating to shower in there.
Overall, it was okay for the 2 nights we had in Rome but I would splurge a bit more if you want to actually unwind and feel cozy in your room.
Also it’s around a 25+ minute walk from main sights, so keep that in mind.

The evening staff was super nice, the young lady and the gentleman were awesome especially the young lady. I stayed there July 9-12. The hotel is not my standard. I am used to different brands. The bathroom is really small. But it could be just how Italy hotel room is. This is my first time in Rome. The room was cleaned. The bathroom was clean. But the shower drain was clogged. Shower is most important thing when I travel. Overall, if you are OK with best Western brand that is recommend that you say there. But not for me.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. HOUSEKEEPING ARE THIEVES. After housekeeping cleaned our room, my Apple Watch disappeared. Despite an extensive search and reporting it immediately, the hotel denied any knowledge which is not surprising and provided no resolution. I would strongly advise against staying here.
On our first night, we also had to call reception four times because the air conditioning was too cold to sleep. We were repeatedly told it would be turned off, but after waiting over half an hour it was still on. Despite further calls, our requests were ignored and we were left awake until around 1am trying waiting for it to be turned off as apparently only they could turn it off for the rooms on their side. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing from the start and did not improve.

Mold in the shower room, on showerhead. Airconditioning has to be requested from reception, first room the airco made a loud squeeking fan noise.
Got a different room, airco had to be on the highest setting to actually cool. Shower was still moldy.

Estadia ok. Quarto bom, cama confortável, banheiro grande e bom. Café da manhã com o trivial. A localização do hotel é longe do centro. Tem que pegar ônibus ou táxi. O hotel não tem estacionamento. Tem um próximo com diária de 25 €uros.
