Checkin was fast, breakfast was super, room spacious and so was the bathroom. Having a small fridge was fantastic and also a clothes rack outside the balcony. Only fault (if any) room needs updating.

Sehr gutes Hotel, in gutem Zustand. Nicht ganz modern aber sehr gepflegt und sehr ordentlich eingerichtet. Parkplätze vor Ort. Eine kleine Bar vorhanden. Großzügige Zimmer und sehr freundliches Personal.

The staff were very friendly and helpful! It was a decent walking proximity to poetta beach (20-30 minutes) and a short walk to various cafes and restaurants. Parking was also free which was nice.
Cons - There was only 1 charger in the room, on the complete opposite side of the beds which was inconvenient. We also did not love how the hotel/hotels.com charged us extra for a 2nd person, even though the room is meant for 2 people (queen bed, advertised for 2 people) yet we had to pay an extra 35 euros a night.

We were to have breakfast included and we didn't get it. We were charged for a glass of ice!
The bathroom didn't have any storage. The room didn't have enough storage for a 2 week stay.
Overall i wouldn't go back.

The Best Hotel Residence Italia is a great option if you're planning on visiting Cagliari and Quartu Sant Elena, or even for a stop over before moving on to other places in sout east Sardinia. It's super close to the Poetto beach, you can either walk there (15 minutes) and see the beatiful flamingos in the lagoon or take a bus (bus stop across the street) and get there in less than 3 minutes. The hotel is modern and clean. Our room was spacious and spotless as well as super quiet. There are many didining options within walking distance, and the breakfast buffet was great! The staff was super friendly and helpful. We'll definitely come back :)

Wir nutzen das Hotel für die letzte Nacht vor dem Rückflug. Der Check in war schnell, das Zimmer im 1.OG sehr geräumig, ruhig und sauer und das Frühstück reichhaltig und vielfältig. Das Parken auf dem Hotelgelände war kostenlos, Wir würden wieder dort buchen.
