The hotel is close to the train station and bus station, very convenient.The staff is friendly and nice. And it is so good that there is a mini bar in the lobby with free coffee and croissants. But the bathroom equipment is a bit old.

Good location, very near station, friendly staffs, reasonable price for breakfast, big and comfortable room,

Reasonable price with good service provided. The hotel is just near the Venezia-Mestre station. But the hotel is kind of not that obvious because it is hidden by other buildings on the street. Room is large and clean. We add the breakfast for a very value price. And this is the only hotel we have stayed in Italy that provides FREE water in the lobby, and with snacks as well. We did enjoy our stay here.

Rooms are updated, industrial modern and clean. Lobby area could use a freshen up. Most of the staff is courteous and friendly. Outside the hotel is a bit sketchy. Cab to airport is expensive.

We choose the Best Western Tritone in Mestre because it was a 4-stars hotel and assumed it would have been a pleasant stay for 2 weekend night (August 8 and 9). he bathroom in our room had a lot of black mold. We asked to change room, but there was no 3-people room available. They sent somebody from maintenance to clean the mold with special products, but he could not remove anything. They told us we could possibly move to another room the next day. On Sunday we looked at 5 different rooms, in ALL of them the bathroom had mold, we did not change. When we asked to speak to a manager, we were told that no manager works on the property during the weekend, only on weekdays! We were told to write our complaint using the portal we used for the reservation (Expedia) and somebody would be in touch. We did so the second day of our stay, but to this day (10 days later) nobody has replied. We also noticed that the wallpaper on the wall was torn apart, nobody fixed that either. The staff on duty during our stay was kind and polite, acknowledging the issues and apologizing that they could not resolve them. They reimbursed us for the breakfast and the parking, and that was nice. The location of the hotel is excellent (right in front of the train and bus station) but the hotel itself is not properly maintained or run. It should definitely not be ranked 4 stars.

We had 2 days to experience Venice so most of the time was spent on the island. The hotel was picked for location and good enough standard which worked out perfect. It's located right across the street from the train station that takes you to the island, there is a big parking garage next door and a few good restaurant minutes away

Excellent accueil de la part du personnel et entre autre de la part de Francesco qui parle le français et qui a pu nous renseigner sur les transports pour aller à Venise. Un grand merci !

Staff was courteous and guided us anytime we asked any questions. I had a small complaint against cleaning staff who weren't very pleasant to deal with. They didn't clean our room even with a tag hanging out which says "make my room" provided by hotel. Overall good experience and recommended for a stay.

Bed was very comfortable, A/C good and very quiet. Great breakfast. Every employee was kind and helpful.

The location was ideal for us. We came from the airport, it was a short walk to the hotel to the bus station and then the next day we headed to Venice via train. Hotel staff were very friendly, the room was modern and clean. There was plenty of choice at the continental breakfast as well.
