Best location, near the train station and within walking distance to Firenze city center. The room is quite small but they has everything we need during our 2 days stay.

I really enjoy a great time while staying in this hotel. Good location, nice breakfast and clean room. I fully recommend this hotel. If I have change to travel to Florence, C-hotels will be my first choice.

超級棒！離各大景點走路即可，走路三分鐘即可抵達，要去哪都很方便
而且車站裡也有超市可以逛
房間蓮蓬頭的水很大又夠熱
但wifi不是很順，不過其他都很棒很舒服
每天整理房間時都會補上新的瓶裝水
下次有機會再到佛羅倫斯一定會再選擇這間飯店

On June 16-17, there were heavy water leaking from the ac in the midnights. The staff who came didn’t apologise. He gave us towels on the floor and left immediately. I met the manager next day he apologised but yet I didn’t receive any compensation in return of the disturb of sleep during midnight and my luggages belongings got wet. Because I booked the stay through Expedia, I couldn’t get any compensation even though the hotel manager said the hotel should refund me. I’m not asking for full refund. But at least I should have received some compensation. I think misinformation was shared to Expedia from hotel because they told Expedia that they offered free drinks to me after knowing the issue. Indeed I didn’t even get a bottle of water. Very disappointing crisis management

第二天發覺芝士溶了. 跟酒店前枱說. 那位男仕只表示了無奈的表情.
然後我們再叫職員上房再跟她說一次.
那位女仕職員說就是這樣...然後就走了
什麼?! 那就不要介紹房間裡有冰箱呀

Great Location right next to the bus and train station, and very clean hotel! However, we visited during end of February. No A/C available during winter time, we had our window open for fresh air before we sleep and still feels hot and stuffy.

Location is great, staff is friendly, that's probably the only good things I can say about the hotel. The rest are just amazing drama.
* I can hear guests next door peeing
*The key card didn't work after I return to my room twice. It happened for the first day and second day of my stay. I had to get to the front desk to change the card.
*And the cleaning staff (i can only assume it wasn't burglar..) tried to get into my room him/herself two days in a row without my permission (i don't understand Italian). The first time it didn't work out probably because of the stupid key card issue that turned out to be of my bebefit. And the second time it was while I was taking a dump on the toilet... That's way too much drama...

地點離車站非常方便！我覚得很棒！平常在大廳又有飲料可以喝。但有一天下午我在大廳喝飲料，包包放在地上，有二個人走進來我斜對桌，他們要走時去把我包包踢到後面，應該是想偷！我馬上發現，把包包拿回來！他們二個人就從飯店往外走，所以在飯店大廳休息也要小心！
