The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Quiet hours are enforced at the property from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. On certain dates of the year, visitors must pay an access fee of EUR 5-10 per person per day to enter Venice. Those with accommodation in Venice are exempt from paying this.
