家庭客房採樓中樓格局，一樓是客廳、二樓有兩間客房，分別是一張雙人床、兩張單人床。離車站近是最大優勢，早餐尚可，飯店有點歷史了，不過大致還算乾淨。

本來入住時櫃檯叔叔態度好好，酒店地點離車站十分鐘內步程很好。但到退房時居然說我未曾付錢，態度頗惡劣。擾攘了差不多二十分鐘才比我們離開，差点累我們搭不到已買票的火車. 事後估计，print-out indicated ”no card is provided by the guest”，那意大利女人看成"no card payment is provided".

I had an excellent time staying at Croce Di Malta. The staff was so kind to me and helped me navigate Firenze beautifully. The pool was heavenly and we were close to absolutely everything!

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und muss dringend renoviert werden. Wir haben netterweise ein Upgrade auf ein ruhiges Gartenzimmer bekommen, leider hat es in diesem Zimmer aber schrecklich nach Kanal aus dem Waschbecken gestunken. Wir haben das auch weitergegeben, aber was auch immer gemacht wurde, hat das Problem nicht gelöst. Ich denke es war ein Montagefehler, weil das Becken keinen Siphon hatte…. Leider war auch die Duschkabine wahnsinnig klein, steckte beim auf und zu machen und war auch in den Ecken nicht sauber gereinigt, was ich mir in einem Hotel, egal wieviele Sterne, immer erwarte. Die Lage ist super und das Personal sehr freundlich, das Bett war bequem und sauber und wir haben wunderbar geschlafen, auch das Frühstück war gut mit reichlich Auswahl. Der Pool im Innenhof ist ganz nett, haben wir aber nicht genutzt. Alles in Allem wars ok aber wir kommen erst wieder wenn renoviert wurde…

Lovely hotel situated in a perfect position to explore Florence on foot. Hotel staff were fantastic, all were very helpful and welcoming. The pool is excellent and with the high temperatures in Florence during our visit, was great for spending an afternoon relaxing in. My only negative was that the air conditioning was not as cold as I would have liked and expected. This was definitely the case in our room but also throughout the hotel.

Excellent hotel right in the centre and within easy reach of everything you could possibly want. Superb room with 2 bathrooms!!!!! Unheard of. Gorgeous staff on reception and at breakfast. Pool does sit in the shade so is cold but that didn’t bother the kids. Stunning sunset view from rooftop.

Jeg havde et fantastisk ophold. Rejste alene, og hotellet har en rigtig fin størrelse til solo-rejser, men vil også fungere godt for par. Hotellet ligger også i et rigtig fint område, hvor der både er restauranter og liv, men ikke for meget larm om natten. Personalet var ekstremt venlige og behjælpelige under hele mit besøg.

The family room was spacious and great for a family of 4. The pool was excellent with great service. The hotel was close and convenient to the train station and many of the attractions of Florence

Allt var mycket bra förutom att duschkabinen var så liten så att om vi hade varit lite överviktiga hade man inte kommit in i den. Mycket bra frukost, fantastisk takterrass och pool. Nära till alla sevärdheter. Åker man spårvagnen från flygplatsen stannar den 5min från hotellet samt även nära till tågstationen

Great hotel. Maintained really well, it is an older building so has a bit of character. Having a pool in the middle of Florence was a bonus in a heat wave!

Wonderful hotel featuring friendly, efficient and personable staff in addition to a great mattress, pool, roof top bar and lovely breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel!

Look no further...book your Florence adventure with a room at Croce Di Malta! Centrally located to the Duomo [~3-4 blocks...be sure to check it out at night from the roof top bar! ], easy walk to most other museums/sites/restaurants, you can even walk from the Santa Maria Novella train station! Original room was too warm...no problem! Dani

Nice hotel close to all of the main attractions. Located very close to the train station. Hotel staff all very nice. Room was simple but more than enough. Air conditioning was working very well. If you want to be located right in the action you could stay a little closer to the Duomo but this hotel was very nice overall

Uitstekende ligging, ietwat verouderd van binnen maar dat geeft de juiste charme! Zwembad is prima, vooral even afkoelen tijdens een stedentrip is heerlijk! Personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam!
