Wow we were so surprised. When you get on the street - if before lively dinner you may question what you booked. Or when you enter the reception lobby which is tiny filled with suitcases with no closet. BUT wait. You will be pleasantly surprised the rest of the hotel was huge and amazing. Staff are overly nice and make you feel at home. The rooms were big, comfortable beds and they way the set up our room for kids was perfect. We would absolutely stay at this hotel again or recommend it. Wait until you have breakfast in the prettiest room at the hotel. Enjoy!

Staff are overly nice and make you feel at home. The rooms were big, comfortable beds and they way the set up our room for kids was perfect. We would absolutely stay at this hotel again or recommend it. Wait until you have breakfast in the prettiest room at the hotel. Enjoy!

El hotel no nos pareció 4 estrellas. El cuarto es antiguo y la cama dura. El desayuno no es tan bueno como el hotel 3 estrellas de Roma que tuvimos. El café sabe muy mal y hay menos fruta y cosas que en otros. Y lo peor es el lugar. El hotel está en un callejón lleno de graffiti y suciedad muy deprimente. Y nada de eso aparece en las fotos de internet. No lo recomendamos. Caro y no bueno.

Wir waren zu weit unterwegs. Unsere Besichtigungsziele - Santa Chiara, Opernhaus und Umfeld - erreichten wir zu Fuß, da das Hotel günstig dafür liegt. Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus! Besonders der Frühstücksraum ( Foto )
war ein Augenschmaus und Wohlfühlort. Auch unser Zimmer lag hofseitig und ruhig. Die Klimaanlage sorgte für erholsame Temperaturen im Haus bei über 30 Grad im Freien.

Loved this hotel. We booked very last minute and were pleasantly surprised. We had a lovely drink on the terrace, the beds were comfy, room spacious, bathroom clean, and it’s in a perfect location for exploring the centro historico. Definitely recommend!

The property is located in a narrow street with very limited access by taxi. The staff are not very friendly or helpful. The furniture are old and not very convenient. The bedside desk is four feet tall. You can not put anything on it. Half of the outlet are not working.
