酒店房间宽敞明亮，前台服务好，早餐丰盛，交通便利，下次会再选择此家酒店

(1) 酒店位於佛羅倫斯 ZTL zone (restricted area) 之外，從機場直接開車 or 高速公路出口開車去酒店（大約10分鐘），沿途唔會經過 ZTL zone, 開車可以好放心; (基本佛羅倫斯市中心全部地方都為 ZTL zone, 違例駛入會被罰款約100 Euro） (2) 酒店泊車係免費（相比起其他市中心嘅酒店，每日泊車費約為26 Euro) (3) 酒店提供免費Shuttle bus 接駁去電車站 (Tram station), 大概10分鐘, 然後坐電車去市中心, 車程大約15分鐘 (ie. 坐九個站), 費用為1.5 Euro, 電車站 or 酒店 reception 都可以買到車票, 價錢係一樣! Shuttle bus 服務時間由8am to 10:30pm (大概半個鐘一班); 另外, 如果開車的話, 電車站旁邊有一個大型嘅超級市場, 可以免費泊車, 然後轉電車往市中心, 時間可以更加彈性; (4) 酒店鄰近高速公路出入口, 如果打算開車去 Pisa / 五漁村 / Venice / Siena, Hilton 酒店會係一個極方便嘅中心點, 方便每日穿梭唔同嘅城市; (5) 酒店設施雖然比較舊，但內裏設備係名牌酒店嘅格局, 高級床辱同埋床單, Crabtree & Evelyn 沖涼用品, 沖涼熱水設備很滿意，Check-in 有Hilton嘅小禮物; (6) 酒店早餐選擇多, 最喜歡食牛角包同埋蜜瓜; 總結: 以此價錢, 名牌酒店嘅住宿, 包早餐, 包停車場, 簡直係超值之選, very worth for money !

接駁巴士只到最近的電車站, 有點不便, 如果可以直接到市中心, 例如市中心的火車站會更便利住客。班次更頻密會更好, 有幾次不想等太久接駁巴士, 直接駕車出市中心了

入住第二晚，竟然沒有熱水冲涼。打電話往服務台，只說機器出了問題及入住人多，叫我多等一會。等到零晨一點也沒有熱水，唯有用冷水冲涼，結果冷傷風了，令我無心欣賞餘下的旅程。事後我發現原來高層的房間的熱水供、是沒有問題的。作為一間知名的高級酒店，不會因客多而熱水提供不足，並且要安排有熱水冲涼需要的房往空置的房間冲涼。我對此間酒店非常失望。

不太推薦的住宿，距離市區不近，接駁車時間太少，並且容易錯過車子。浴室無乾濕分離，早餐也不太OK。

酒店很硬件很不錯, 停車也很方便, 房間提供免費WIFI, 也很整潔, 唯一缺點是地點比較偏, 附近沒有什麼餐廳, 還好我們租了車, 還算可以.

坐落在市郊,但接駁車可到火車站算方便,會主動詢問免費的wifi需求,睡床相當舒服,櫃檯的人也相當親切,邊就是賣場,可惜錯過沒逛到

Excellent hotel. Facilities are very good. free parking, Out of ZLT zone. However, kinda far from city center. Hotel offers shuttle bus, sending guest between hotel and the edge of ZLT zone. For visit duomo, you have to walk through the train station platform after get off from shuttle bus. At least 20mins walking from shuttle to duomo. there is a shuttle in each of the 1.5hrs. For triple room, they offer a king size sofa bed. I would recommend this hotel to people who drive to Florence.

飯店的舒適度就是連鎖飯店的水準，但是接待的人員非常非常不友善。 雖然離佛羅倫斯市中心有點距離但是飯店提供免費的接駁巴士 去之前最好是問清楚上車地點，不太好找。

交通比較不便，雖有接駁小巴在火車站但酒店要在check in時才會給班次時間表客人， 她們不會主動在入住前電郵資料給客人，建議將會入住的客人主動聯絡她們取得時間表，而乘搭的士大概€22~25，另外可以主動問櫃檯取出市區的交通方法。

It's really nice to stay, nice location, comfortable room.But not many resteraunts nearby.

Close to airport (about 15 min by taxi). Free shuttle bus to city centre (from 8a.m. to 8p.m. every 1-2 hours). No supermarket or shopping mall in walking distance. Free wifi at lobby.

人员素质和服务质量很高。因为地理位置原因，酒店提供了免费班车到市中心，时间上也比较便捷。唯一美中不足是行政酒廊的HappyHour所提供的餐饮选择不多，挺遗憾的。

这次是我和老公的蜜月之旅，我发送邮件给hilton官网说明情况，希望能有蜜月房布置，然后收到回信说会为我们升级房间。checkin时，服务员说没有收到任何信息，只给了较高层的房间，但其实和我另一对朋友住的房型一样，只是比他们高2层楼，而且空调是坏的，这么热的天，最低只能设置到28度。对hilton非常失望。

The AC was continuously warm and they were not able to rectify the problem. We were given a fan to help us have cool air at nights and in the days.the fridge didn’t work for the first two days. The room service in terms of cleanliness was good. They were sure to keep the room tidy everyday. The breakfast was terrible. Overall I did not enjoy the stay. Don’t think I’d do it again

A little ways out which required multiple car service rides. Extremely warm inside.

Great hotel, convenient for stop over , near motorway, easy parking. Excellent service and great selection for breakfast. Excellent idea of shuttle bus to nearest tram stop. But even on taxi 20-30 euro to centre.

Clean and newer rooms. Hotel staff friendly

Staff was not welcoming or helpful.
