I really enjoyed staying at this beautiful farmstay. Is very rustic and the rooms are basic but nice and comfy. My favourite part about this place is the beautiful location close to the city but it feels like you're in the middle of the Italian countryside!

Wären gerne länger geblieben, aber es hätte gepflegter sein können. Der Kühlschrank bedarf einer Erneuerung und für die gesamte Anlage geben wir 3 Sterne. Es geht nicht um Sterne, sondern um gefallen und Sauberkeit.

Bien qu'au milieu de nulle part, l'endroit est stratégiquement parlant idéal pour partir vers trapani, les îles egades, l'arrière pays, Erice. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres, disposant même d'une kitchenette et un frigo garni d'une bouteille de vin blanc à 10€. La chambre Stalla dispose d'Une petite terrasse où il fait bon prendre l'apéritif. Seul bémol : les moustiques. Eh oui, c'est l campagne... Sinon resto très bien, belle terrasse, pizzas délicieuses et autres plats très copieux. Mais mettez vous à table à 20h car souvent des groupes s'y attablent également (mariages, anniversaires...) et le personnel, très sympathique, fait tout ce qu'il peut... 😉 Dernier point appréciable quand il fait chaud: belle piscine à l'écart et rafraîchissante

Nous avons adoré notre séjour a Duca del castelmonte. La piscine est parfaite et le logement confortable. Nous avons adoré la soirée typique sicilienne proposée le jeudi soir avec confection de fromage et pizzas au feu de bois, le tout en musique, un régal. Le personnel est très sympathique. Nous garderons de très beaux souvenirs de nos derniers jours en Sicile! Merci

Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti. L'agriturismo aveva tutti i confort. Il ristorante era ottimo. È un posto ideale per famiglie.

Super agriturismo met vriendelijke mensen en geweldig avondeten. Ontbijt is ook prima.Appartement is schoon en elke dag wordt er even schoongemaakt. Als je geen Italiaans spreekt: eigenaren spreken prima Engels. Zwembad ideaal, ook voor kleine kinderen.Het is dat we nu drie maal op Sicilië geweest zijn anders hadden we hier zeker nog een keer heen gegaan.

Its a little rustic in rooms that were old barns, with a split level low height loft bed, but they are still neat and clean, if a little simple. Its dusty and slightly rural, but that is agri tourism. Absolute positives are the restaurant and its sensational dinners (absolutely fabulous food), substantial breakfast, friendly reception staff, and also nearby Erice is a great place to visit.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Viele Pflanzen. Zutrauliche Hunde und Katzen. Tolles Frühstück im wundervollen Hof. Essen traumhaft. Küche fantastisch. Bloss isst man immer zu viel... Zimmer in den Hof sind manchmal etwas lau, wenn man gerne früh zu Bett gehen möchte. Wir hatten ein anderes und gingen nicht so früh ins Zimmer. Das Zimmer wird nicht sehr oft gemacht. Aufenthalt von 3 auf 5 Tage verlängert.

Établissement décevant. de belles photos présentées mais qui ne reflètent pas l'image de celui-ci. Nous avons été logés dans une annexe au dessous de la cuisine de la pizzéria (bruit et radio, continuellement)nous empêchant de profiter de la petite terrasse adjacente. L'espace int. et ext. était sombre et poussiéreux ce qui rendait le lieu triste et peu agréable. L'aménagement de la salle de bain était sommaire. Restaurant correct mais cher. Accueil et relations totalement impersonnels.

Hotel agriturism un peu bobo. La propriété a un certain charme mais le prix de la prestation est bien trop élevé, comparé à des établissements similaires. Tout est bien, sans plus.

Très belle région, On était en couples. Le beau temps était au rendez-vous, nous avons très apprécié cette île qui je trouve est la plus belle en Europe.La Restauration est également de très bonne qualité.Nous étions pas un instant déçu bref on peut que la conseillé cette belle Sicile.

Toller Aufenthalt in altertümlichem Gemäuer gut hergerichtet mit schönen Swimmingpool und altem Baumbestand wie in einem Park. Hervorragendes Essen (Menü) zu günstigen und akzeptablen Preisen. Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommendes Personal.

We had the best meals of our whole trip here! They are a working farm and serve their homegrown produce. We stayed in a spacious bungalow surrounded by mature succulent gardens. Staff is warm, welcoming and very kind (my daughter was extremely sick & they allowed us to leave when she was well enough to travel!). Breakfast was extensive with many homemade treats. The family dogs and the newborn miniature horse foal were a extra "bonus". Lovely place to stay!

Tolles Essen mit sehr netten Service und tollen Pool. Sehr schöner Innenhof zum Essen. Auch hier glutenfreies Essen kein Thema und somit für uns sehr entspannt. Slowfood aus der Gegend......wirklich ganz, ganz toll !!

Arrived very late Friday night but this wasn't a problem and we were able to get food and drink served with no problem. A family run business that on the service appears higgledy piggeldy, but is in fact a smoothly run operation. Place is amazing, with so much character. Children would love the animals and playground. The food requires a gargantuan appetite if you are to have a chance of getting through it. Great local food that they will adapt for faddiness. Definitely rustic agritourism, comfortable and convenient location close to Trapani and Erice. Swimming pool was a bonus after a long hot day.

We arrived late at night from Trapani Airport but thanks to the GPS-coordinates it was easy to find Duca di Castelmonte. Our room/flat was very clean and charming and had a private terrace . The whole "agriturismo" was beautifully renovated and the pool- area well maintained. We had a full Italian menue in the courtyard together with the other guests both nights. The food was delicious !!! I will recommend it to friens and family and I hope to come back too.

The 'cottage' is rustic with 2 floors, bathroom on 1st flr, bedroom on second flr. Big front patio, kitchenette and sofa. Overall Okay but basic. The excellent features are a lots of outdoor space for Families, free parking and good breakfasts. Farm atmosphere with animals and gardens. Stay for dinner, especially if you are hungary. For a little money you get a lot of courses of very good food overseen by a chef. friendly staff and an atmosphere that invites conversation and making friends. I would come back.
