都歐多皇宮酒店

酒店的入口有兩個一是水路一是陸路。 我是從陸路入的十分難找 房間的冷氣不能自行開關 需要到大廳叫服務員開或者關很奇怪 整體房間整潔度一般 但房間是有特色的有古舊的味道 我們選擇了望河景的房間 慶幸被安排在最高一層 所以沒有嗅到內河怪味 酒店為處聖馬可廣場步行約10分鐘 步行往其他碼頭也要8分鐘

Great location

En una habitación no servían 2 focos por lo que era muy obscura y en otra habitación no se podía apagar una luz, los de mantenimiento subieron y tardaron en poderla apagar y se safo la manija de uno de los baños

The hotel was beautiful and bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay!

Very nice spacious room with canal view

The air conditioning was not good and was controlled by front desk staff

The staff were very pleasant and professional, and they were helpful when we asked questions about the area or needed assistance. And the property itself was well kept and pleasant. However, the room was really small and there was no shower, only a tub with a handheld spray attachment. But there was no shower curtain/glass, so using the sprayer was awkward, trying not to get water on the floor. Just not a good experience with that, but there were no problems with anything else and, again, the staff were great.

You can walk to St.Mark's Basilica Square and the adjacent DOGE palace. It is a bit of walk to from where you land from public water taxi point. This hotel requires you to deposit keys to your room everytime you step out. Know the high city tax for this grade of hotel- it is around USD $12/per person/per room/per day that is not clearly disclosed while shopping or booking.

Convenient location, friendly staff, beautiful rooms

En arrivant à l’hôtel, nous sommes accompagnés à notre chambre où il fait une chaleur intense. Ce qui est étonnant car à l’extérieur il fait environ 25°. On nous indique qu’il n’y a pas de climatisation. Cela ne nous inquiète pas car les nuits sont fraîches au mois d’avril. Donc avant de partir nous promener, nous décidons d’ouvrir la fenêtre pour rafraîchir la chambre. En rentrant vers minuit, une odeur nauséabonde nous donne des hauts le cœur et il fait encore chaud. On ne comprend pas bien d’où vient cette chaleur. On essaie de mettre du parfum, rien n’y fait. Des odeurs d’égoût écœurantes. On hésite à le signaler et à demander à changer de chambre mais il est tard. Et on avait déballé toutes nos affaires. On se couche l’odeur toujours présente et la chaleur étouffante. Pas très romantique pour un weekend à Venise en amoureux. Le lendemain matin, à partir de 5H des bruits de vaisselle nous réveillent. Impossible de dormir. On referme la fenêtre mais rapidement on a du mal à respirer tellement il fait lourd. C’est étouffant. On a très peu dormi. Nous décidons d’en parler à la reception. Reponse : cela vient du canal. Totalement faux. Le canal ne sent pas mauvais. Et il nous propose un ventilateur. On remonte dans notre chambre et là l’odeur et la chaleur sont encore plus fortes. Mon mari descend à l’accueil pour dire qu’on s’en va et là une dame qui a l’air d’être au courant, car de suite dit « c’est la 105 ? » propose de nous changer de chambre au 4eme étage.

Great location and really helpful staff

Had a lovely stay at the Duodo Palace Hotel for our anniversary. The hotel is conveniently located for easy access to most of the city. My wife and I enjoyed the secluded location, tucked away on a dead end street. The staff, on the whole, was helpful and friendly. (Just one, slightly gruff, waiter at breakfast. I think he may have been a trainee.) Breakfast was nice and a real plus when wanting to get out into the city streets and not having to worry about finding a place open at an early hour. The food was decent but nothing overly special. The rooms were clean with plenty of space. The beds, on the other hand, were very uncomfortable. There was no enclosure on the bathtub so taking a shower is a messy proposition, but in keeping with many bathrooms throughout Europe. The hairdryer was very dated, but still served it's purpose. Overall, the stay was lovely. I'm only sharing these few issues so others can adjust their expectations.

Duodo Palace Hotel is a fine hotel in a nice location of Venice. Staff was welcoming and room was comfortable with a wonderful view of St Marks Campanile and San Giorgio Campanile. Bathroom was adequate w/ a shower tub combo that worked great. Breakfast was fantastic here too. Staff was attentive and made to order cafe drinks very well. I would stay here again and highly recommend you do too.

If coming to this hotel, the staff service is exceptional but……… there is a sewer scent when you enter the hotel (not constant but occurs enough). DO NOT book room 607 if you are scared of ghost. We were unable to sleep the entire stay due to activities in the room. The staff never stepped foot inside the room as well. The jacuzzi is inoperable and there’s no standing shower head connections. Iron your clothes in advance as ironing is illegal on the island. The hotel provides this service for a FEE ($7 a shirt). Lastly don’t bother contacting the hotel in advance via email as your message will go unaddressed. You are REQUIRED to leave your room key each and every time you leave the hotel!!!!! Other than the above….Perfect location to reach all tourist destination

Great location with most attractions within a 10/15 minute walk

Hotel muito bonito, com elevador (raro em Veneza), ótimo atendimento, com possibilidade de agendar um barquinho privativo para passeio (pago). Café da manhã bom, mas com poucas opções (bolo, pão, frios...). Precisamos usar o telefone da recepção e usamos sem custo.

The room was spacious and clean. The front facade of the home is being worked on so it is covered in scaffolding and a protective sheathing. This meant that was all we saw out of our window. It was also noisy due to being on the street side and opposite a restaurant. However, overall we would recommend the hotel. Tea, coffee and small pastries and cookies were available at all hours. Very nice touch. The staff were great.
