Staff was very helpful and cordial. The transport from the hotel to the port/beach was always available with a very nice-always-smiling, driver. A/C in the room didn’t cool enough, but we managed… breakfast was great, with great views. Hotel is steps to the village center and to the various beaches

Das Service und Personal samt Hotelmanagement war überragend. Frühstück war sehr gut. Besser geht es nicht. Einfach super. Die Unterkunft ist nicht mehr die neueste, aber das wird mehr als wett gemacht. Gerne wieder.

Struttura veramente datata e in uno stato di manutenzione terribile. Peccato perché la posizione è incantevole. Splendida la terrazza della colazione (discreta) e personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Ottimo il servizio navetta. Non capisco perché non ci investano per renderla almeno adeguata al prezzo (alto in rapporto a quanto offerto).

The hotel is fairly clean, but overall it feels very old. The bathroom especially needs renovation — the sink gets clogged, and the toilet is placed right in front of the bidet so you bump your knees. The shower is also outdated. Wi-Fi is available only at the reception, not in the rooms, which is very inconvenient. The rooms themselves are decent in size, but the mattresses are terrible and really uncomfortable. We wouldn’t stay here a second time.

Struttura dotata di un suo fascino dal sapore antico, ubicata nella zona centrale dell’isola, collegata al porto tramite una comoda navetta. Camere spaziosissime, silenziose, pulite con letti comodi. I punti di forza sono sicuramente la meravigliosa terrazza panoramica utilizzata per la colazione, la vicinanza a cala Matano. Il massimo dei voti lo merita il personale: tutti estremamente accoglienti, gentili, sorridenti e disponibili. Un ringraziamento speciale a Max e Giorgia per la loro simpatia, professionalità e cortesia.

Hotel agradavel, proximo do centro da Ilha e da Caleta com acesso direto pelos fundos do hotel. Staff extremamente amigavel e bom cafe da manhã. Unico detalhe para melhorar é o banheiro, que possui um box minusculo e dificulta tomar banho

Rooms il and need a lift. Shower space is very tight. No refrigerator. No kettle. Breakfast and dinner in the spacious terrace was good. Service excellent. Good vibe. Staff very friendly and helpful as was the front office. The driver to hotel and beach was excellent.

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber das überaus freundliche Personal ist zu erwähnen. Es war sauber und hat sehr grosse Zimmer. Wenn man nicht zu hohe Ansprüche stellt ist man hier richtig. Was mich enttäuscht hat, in der Beschreibung steht Balkon. Es gibt aber nur einen französischen Balkon, man kann also nicht draussen sitzen.

Ho dato solo un voto generale per il modo in cui la struttura si è comportata visto che non abbiamo potuto soggiornare presso la stessa in quanto la società di trasporti non ha fatto partire il traghetto per raggiungere l'isola quel giorno. Penso che in questo caso le colpe non siano da attribuire nè a noi nè alla struttura visto che la decisione è stata presa da terzi. Detto questo, penso anche che se decidi di avere una struttura su un'isola, devi preventivare che la gente può avere necessità di cancellare la prenotazione all'ultimo se è impossibilitata a raggiungere l'isola. Penso anche che con la camera prenotata per noi per una sola notte, non abbiano perso alcun cliente visto che nessuno poteva arrivare sull'isola se i traghetti non partivano.

Il personale è stato estremamente accogliente e disponibile nel fornire informazioni e suggerimenti.Il posto è molto bello, anche se l’hotel ha un’aria vissuta.La colazione, anche se i prodotti confezionati sono di marca, non è il massimo per quanto riguarda cornetti, dolci e bevande.Nonostante ciò, il personale risulta assolutamente gentile e servizievole, anche se un po’ disorganizzato per quanto riguarda il servizio. Ottimo il servizio navetta

The staff was great but the hotel is very dated. The shower had zero pressure or hot water and wouldn’t drain. The grounds were covered in weeds and dead plants. We left a day early.
