Very nice and cosy apartment in the center of La Spezia. Communication with the host was easy. A nice lady helped us with the luggages, so we could stay for a little longer. The location was very convenient - 10 minutes to the train station and same for the port. Good choice.

Everything was super clean. The staff was very accommodating to our need to leave early morning. Property is a short walk to train station and lots of food and shopping nearby. Also a short walk to the port.

The lady taking care of the guess house is a pearl. She kindly welcomed us giving us some tips to visit the area. We spent 3 nights in the room with the little terrasse. The room is cleaned every day, including towels changes. I would definetly recommand the place for a couple.

It’s a pleasant stay and the reception lady is super kind and helpful! she is the reason we love our stay, very responsive to check in details and offered help always! The door is not very soundproof so we can hear well whenever someone comes in and out the room or the main door. Otherwise it’s a good stay!

Excellent room and amenities, we stayed for a visit to cinque terre, 15 minute walk to La speiza centrale train station right around the corner from excellent restaurants and shops
Great process to check in!
Check out is a little early (10am) but we were up and on the road anyway.
