整體都幾好

住起來非常舒適，櫃檯人員親切客氣，交通方便，離車站很近，非常好，唯一有的缺點是並沒有每日提供礦泉水

The elevators are a bit scary and not good at detecting people who are still standing in the way. The WiFi is useless, at least in our room — it does work in the lobby. We only got one free bottle of water on the first day, none in the second day.

Good location and friendly reception. I'll recommend to my friends.

This hotel is not far away from the Florence Main Train Station. It just about 10-15 minutes walk. It is easy to find. The hotel made me surprise as the lobby decoration is splendid. I booked a family suite for 4 persons. Although the room size is not large but it is still sufficient. It equips with the Jacuzzi bathtub. It lets us relieve our muscle soreness after a whole day journey. Breakfast is wonderful as it provides hot croissant and Nissan Instant Noodles (出前一丁 ), oyster sauce and light soy sauce. My kid likes it very much. Front desk staff is nice and helpful. They are patient to introduce the city. We really enjoy the stay in this hotel.

Location is close to the train station , bus terminus and easy walking to tourist attractions. Our room is comfort and clean , although smaller than our expectation. The hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is also good, too. However,unstable electric power with alarm of power failure occurred during our stay( some scared) There are some beggars and tramps at the corner ; they did not attack anyone but we felt a little discomfort .

A couple of the employees are unfriendly, especially in the breakfast restaurant. Otherwise, hotel room is clean, and the location is fine. Wifi connection is sometimes slow.

我們三個成人，訂房時說明三張單人床或雙人床和兩張單人床，但酒店祗提供一張雙人床和一張梳化（不是床），還要在隔壁小房間，根本不是三人房，同職員理論，酒店說所有三人房只提供梳化床，最後在梳化上加張床褥。大家訂房時小心，不要被誤導

酒店離火車站和河邊都很近，到主要景點要步行15至20分鐘，但總體來說仍算方便。房間舒適，床很大，而且木地板令人有溫暖的感覺。早餐亦算豐盛。然而房間內沒有熱水煲，和暖氣稍微不足扣了分。另早餐有包裝出前一丁麵供應，但沒有方法可把麵煮來吃，十分可惜！

我們是開車自助旅行的, 這個旅館容易找容易到達, 且有自己的平面停車場, 解決了在Firenze停車的大問題, 而且一天停車費只要20歐元. 旅館內部裝潢溫馨乾淨, 沒有一絲老旅館常有的霉味,空間夠用, 浴室也算寬敞, 服務人員也很周到. 早餐就比較普通一些. 旁邊有自助洗衣店, 小超市, 非常方便. 步行到Firenze市內離飯店最遠的景點都不超過20分鐘. 附近餐廳不少可供選擇. 利用火車旅行的人從車站步行至此也只要10分鐘. 若有機會再度造訪此城市我仍會選擇住這裡.

very good hotel and location,but gym room not in hotel

Hotel location is very closed to Central Station, very convenient to everywhere in walking. Room size is okay not too small, comfortable feeling. Hotel staff ~ Front Desk & restaurant are very friendly and helpful.

綺麗で安心できるホテルでした。 朝食はバイキング式でホテルの方がお茶の注文に来てくれ、美味しかったです。 サンタマリアノヴェッラ駅からも近く、観光名所も徒歩で色々歩けました。 近くにコインランドリーもありました。

Great hotel, far enough out of the centre to be quiet, close enough to walk to the sites in 20 minutes. Room was charming, shower pressure good, nice towels, good view of the mountains

Staff are very polite. A good balance of both being near the city centre but away from the noise. Close to the train station and a short walk to santo spirito.
