O hotel é maravilhoso, estive hospedada por 4 vezes mas achei muito ruim a nova forma de serviço buffet self-service do café da manhã antes era servido com menu de opções de preparos de ovos ,frutas,panquecas e bebidas quentes e sucos feitos na hora substituídos por maquina de café, achei péssima essa opção, amo esse hotel mas sugiro retornarem a forma inicial

Hôtel très bien situé avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la ville D’Amalfi et sur la côte, la chambre était bien mais nous avons trouvé des fourmis dans les lits, le déjeuner compris avec la chambre était très bien, service de navette fonctionne très bien, l’hôtel en général est très propre excellent séjour

They don't care about there customers safety this hotel allow there driver to touch woman when they say stop touching them and this is not the driver first time they are aware of his behavior.

When we first got to the property, after the hotel arranged for a Mercedes Van to pick us up from the train station. The back doors are wide open in the lobby. You feel like you’re about to walk out into the clouds. This hotel is a boutique hotel that is spacious and clean. The breakfast was lovely and overlooking the Amalfi coast was dream like. The staff was kind and attentive. They have their own private beach with free shuttles to the beach and town center. We loved our experience so much we plan on returning! One of the highlights of our trip! Use the public ferry’s to get to Positano (a must see) and other neighboring towns for only 10 euros per person- a cab ride is 140 euros to Positano from the hotel. The rooms were clean/spacious but the beds and bedding could be softer. Still we would highly recommend!

Perfect hotel

We recently stayed for the 8 days during our honeymoon and this was a perfect stay! We loved the hotel and the shuttle was great for getting to and from the city centre and private beach club. The drivers were so great and fun! Breakfast was fresh and delicious everyday and the view every morning was beautiful! The beach club was a really nice perk and it was great to be able to visit, service was awesome and they make a great Aperol Spritz! The room was clean and again, the view was just beautiful and we loved our stay. We didn’t want to leave! Rebecca the front desk attendant for most of our stay had great recommendations for dinner in the Amalfi centre and was so helpful during our first night with a great dinner recommendation and helped set up a ride for us as we had such a long travel day. Overall an absolutely beautiful hotel and stay, further up from the city centre but worth it for the view!

Die Lage - und daher der Blick von oben auf das Meer und Amalfi - war so, wie ich es mir zuhause erträumte. Erholung stand im Mittelpunkt, was durch den Pool und die schönen großzügig angelegten Räume, wie auch dem Zimmer mit Terrasse besonders gewährleistet war. Die Serviceleistungen des Hotels klappten bestens. Die Klimaanlage sorgte für ein angenehmes Lebensgefühl.

Really enjoyed my stay! Peaceful hotel, beautiful pool, gorgeous view (like unheard of!). Also the bartender Guiseppe made fantastic drinks and good company! I’m glad I stayed here while in Amalfi! Also I loved the drive service to the family restaurants higher up the mountain! Delicious!!

We loved staying at the excelsior the it had an amazing view and rooms were huge and very clean and felt at home. The shuttle service was fantastic as if you like walking the Aldi Center is about 30min walk down steps… Maurizio and Antonio the drivers were so friendly and can’t thank them enough! We had the best time. Thank you. Xxx

För att vara Grand Hotell borde skicket uppgraderas. Läget helt fantastiskt men opraktiska och tidskrävande transporter. Undermåttlig frukost med bla kaffet i pappersmuggar på grand.. Flugor på frukostpålägget som inte var täckt . Personalen mycket trevlig.

Excelente hotel, com praia privativa linda e transfer para o Centrinho. O ponto ruim é que precisa reservar o transfer tanto para praia quanto para o Centrinho e às vezes está cheio. Mas eles são flexíveis. À vista é linda tanto dos quartos quanto do restaurante.

Our experience was very nice here. The property in some places is showing its age but we stayed in a newly renovated room( although many are not remodeled yet). The shuttle service was very consistent and convenient and their private beach club is what makes this hotel special, although the elevator down to the beach didn't work well and we had to walk back up the many stairs back up to road level. Food was decent. Pool is older and not super clean but you have the beach. Staff was very nice and helpful.
