Great ocean view,5star service

Our stay here was fantastic. The staff are incredible. Helpful and kind, nothing is too much, and always had time for you. The location is out of town, however they run a free shuttle bus in and out of Sorrento pretty much all day everyday on the hour, so it's not an issue. There is a lovely little village called St Agata, 5 min walk away, with restaurants and shops. The food and drinks are reasonably priced and the breakfast is very good, plentiful and lots of choice. I don't normally eat breakfast but I def recommend this. Our room had everything we would need, a little dated but very clean. The pool area was clean and plenty of sunbeds, towels provided. Food and drink available all day. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

What a beautiful stay from beginning to end. We miss it already! Perfectly wonderful staff. The manager was most helpful and went an extra mile to always help with information. Breakfast was great and shuttle extremely helpful. We hope to be back

Grand Hermitage Hotel was the definitely the perfect choice for us. The hotel decor is a bit dated as you can clearly see in the photos but the rooms are kept pretty clean and the view from the room was outstanding. I would choose this hotel for that view over and over again. Considering this view, it is a bit of a distance from Sorrento so you have to plan for that bit of travel time and cost in your planning. Overall a great hotel. It’s 25 minutes from the main town but with free shuttle bus. Ten minute walk to a small town with lovely restaurants and bars at half the price of restaurants in Sorrento. Staff are friendly. Spotless rooms.

We really enjoyed our stay, thank you! A great place to choose when touring the Amalfi coast. The free shuttle to Sorrento is a fantastic amenity. The breakfast was great (served 07:00-10:00 - we couldn't find that info in the listing or other reviews). We would definitely stay here again!

Rent och fungerande hotell med trevlig personal. Läget är fantastiskt fint och nära till allt. Tröttsamt med alla Britter som går ut på morgonen och lägger ut handdukar på solstolarna. Härliga balkonger med utsikt över hela Neapelbukten.

Remote from Sorrento but this was mitigated by the excellent shuttle service. Nice and helpfull staff and very good cleaning.

O hotel é um pouquinho longe do centro de Sorrento, mas em uma região mais alta muito agradável, especialmente no verão porque é mais fresco. Eles possuem uma van de transporte para o centro, com horários agendados, facilitando o deslocamento para quem não está de carro, ou vai viajar pelo porto. Ficamos na parte da Villa Romita que é cerca de cinco minutos caminhando dá região de Sant’Ágata, que possui um pequeno comércio, mercado e vários restaurantes de boa qualidade. Adoramos!

We stayed in room 603 of the Villa Rosita. The room was emaculate with a beautiful view of the bay and Mt. Vesuvius. The hotel staff and dining service was perfect. They helped arrange local boating tour and a local lemon and olive farm dining experience. The shuttle to Sorrento is awesome for shopping and dinning in town. It is beautiful view with quiet mountain villa vibe. 100% satisfied.

Staff was amazing!! We loved the entire property. The only downside was the beds were very hard. But other than that, we LOVED our stay!!

Beautiful view, service was nice, breakfast was excellent. To shower in a tub with a curtain was not great ad we wish the pool could have stayed open longer. Especially after a long day away to be able to swim and cool off would have been nice.

This is a beautiful property located about 20 mins drive from Sorrento. We lived at their charming old Sorrentine villa, which is a short walk away from the main building. It is quiet , spacious and have balconies overlooking the town below and the bay . You can enjoy the view of Mt Vesuvius across the bay , from the rooftop too.. Every single person working at the hotel - the reception desk , restaurants , Giovanni - our pick up driver and the lady at the bar - every one greets you with a smile on their face. The deck behind the bar, is a great place to enjoy the view with a glass of Hetmitage Sunset. There is a shuttle bus from the hotel which takes you to Sorrento town , so you can do your shopping and come back in time to have your dinner . The village behind the hotel is about 10 mins walk, and has some great local restaurants. You must visit Lo Stuzzichino for its seafood pasta. Pizzeria Buenos Aires and Di Mimi also serves fantastic Italian food. The desert shop next to the village church is also a must visit. If I come back to Sorrento, I will definitely stay here again.
