I had an amazing stay at heart hotel Milano this week, the room was modern and gorgeous, the bathroom was big and clean, and there was a lift too. The staff were so friendly and always at reception to say hello when we came in, they even have a page with a barcode to scan which tells you the staffs favourite local food spots. The beds were comfortable and when we asked for extra pillows and towels we were given them by the time we got back to the hotel after exploring the city. It is a bit far from duomo, but the metro is a 5 minute walk from the hotel and there's a tram opposite the hotel too. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning on staying in milan.

No expectations as during fashion week peak season. Poor Wi-Fi connection. Small simple old fashion room but clean.
Basic breakfast. Staff are helpful! Late check in and super early check out (4am) and glad that they arranged taxi pick up for my flight.

刚到旅店就通知我们说网断了，一段时间都没有网。进了房间有股异味，房间也比较小，放了床后就比较拥挤了，晚上想4个朋友在房间里聊天吃夜宵都没有地方。离地铁站有10分钟的路程。但是靠近步行街，楼下是24小时家乐福，这点很方便。 酒店前台的服务态度不错，会意大利语，法语和英语。前台不提供转换插头，要去超市自己买。而且我的客房两天都没有打扫，这个失误比较严重。酒店的早饭质量不错。总体来说，性价比较低，不是很推荐。

早餐种类丰富，面包松软可口，多种酱料选择，炒鸡蛋火候恰到好处，咖啡令人回味。前台服务热情周到，信息量丰富。房间空间合理，墙纸稍嫌繁复。洗浴间相当巨大，设施完备，清洁度满意。唯一不足是房间清洁人员将我们带去的一些塑料袋及橡皮筋扔掉了，造成了一定的麻烦。

Nous avons quitter l’hôtel en pleine nuit pour aller dans un autre hôtel qui se trouve à 200m, car impossible de rester dans une chambre aussi sale.
Les oreillers sont complément degeulasse / les draps sont sale / le matelas couvert de traces d’urine en dessous du draps. Il y avait encore des cheveux par terre.
Ce n’est pas digne d’un 4 étoiles, l’hygiène est quand même là base. Sincèrement si vous ne voulez pas attraper la gale, fuyez ne resservez jamais dans cet hôtel.

The location is the GOOD part: walking distance from several restaurants, bars, and a shopping center. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. However, it smelled very musty in the room every time we entered it. As a result most of the time we would leave the window open.

Bodde på hotellet en natt, hotellets väggar och möbler var svarta alternativt hade annan mörk färg och dessutom var belysningen usel. Sängarna var stenhårda och väldigt obekväma.Det var alldeles för varmt på rummet och ingen fungerande/påslagen AC. Hotellets läge var ganska bra med gångavstånd till bl a Brera, samt att det fanns restauranger i närheten. Lite längre att gå till Doumen, tar ca 30 minuter. Personalen var jättetrevlig och hjälpsam.
