The check-in desk people were fast, knowledgeable and very friendly. They spoke fluent English. Shout out to Juilia who went out of her way to assist us in checking in and printing out our airline boarding passes and even completing required online paperwork for our cruise! Hotel muy bien localizado con parada del transporte público enfrente del local en un barrio residencial de Roma pero a pocos minutos del centro histórico.
El personal muy amable y atencioso en especial Alessandro siempre dispuesto a dar información. Me recomendó un salón de belleza cercano donde me atendieron muy bien, quedé muy complacida .
Cuenta con restaurante y actividades como happy hour . El desayuno muy completo y variado. Las habitaciones bien decoradas y equipadas.

I had a pleasant & comfortable stay during in this hotel. The hotel let me have an early check in which was very helpful. Although the hotel is a bit outside the city centre, it got a few bus and tram lines at its door step and there is a big supermarket nearby which adds convenience. The Tavern Rossini is a nice Itlalian restaurant around the opposite corner of the hotel. Overall a nice stay

The AMAZING HOSPITALITY, CARE AND SERVICE provided by the staff was phenomenal. The advices, recommendations and guidance from the reception team, especially in English, made the stay all the more COMFORTABLE and MEMORABLE. Alesandro, Megan, Guilia and others in the wonderful team, will forever be a part of my memory bank for all the joyful kind deposits that they made during my 6 day stay in Rome! I will definitely visit this hotel, with my family, or on my own, AGAIN!!

Hotel was good, very ideal location if you want to stay outside the city yet have access to public transport. Breakfast was typical american hotel which was not great, it’s also not included which is a bummer specially for these type of hotels. Rooms were clean but if you like really cold A/C, this is not the place. Overall a good choice.

In the heart of a residential area. Great experience being around this area. Plenty of restaurants, parks, and shops within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and very accommodating to our request for locations and transporting.
