The hotel’s location is very convenient, just steps away from the Rialto Bridge, and the front desk staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The air conditioning in the hotel works perfectly, which made our stay very comfortable.

リアルト橋すぐ近くで非常に立地が良かった。スタッフのサービスも素晴らしかった。しかし、展望デッキからは建物しか見えず、有料のバーとしてのみ利用。朝ごはんは別のホール。施設が古いのかシャワーがカーテンで仕切られており浴びるとトイレまで含めて床が濡れてしまった。比較して安くはない価格なので、できればその点を改善して欲しい。

El desayuno tiene varias opciones, le atención al huésped es excelente. Nos llevaron las maletas hasta el bote que está como a 2 min caminando. Esta muy accesible para llegar a la plaza de san Marcos caminando, tomar un bote o góndola. El puente Rialto está muy cerca caminando. Excelente ubicación.

Wonderful in every way. Amazing location, literally just steps from the Rialto bridge and the transportation docks there. Also easy to find in the maze of Venice. The room decor was upscale “period” with lovely gold accents and inlays. Yes, the junior suite was small as listed and didn’t bother us a bit. The rooftop bar-lounge is wonderful with a great view of St. Mark’s basilica steeple. Yet, the room was quiet. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional. I really can’t say enough about this great hotel!

We stayed in a large suite as we wanted a king size bed. Hard to find in Venice. Hotel was about an easy 3 minute walk from the Rialto Bridge stop. Service was exceptional and close to major activities. 5 minute walk to San Marco Square. Great location and close to all types of food and shopping.

My room was beautiful, spacious, the food excellent, and location superb, but what really stood out was the friendly helpful staff. They made my stay delightful. I only stayed three nights, but I would have happily stayed a month. This is my new go to hotel, whenever I am in Venice. Thank you so much for an exceptional experience.

The hotel is perfectly located. The Water Ferry stops less than a block away (Rialto), two minutes to grocery stores, cafes, and shops, and the airport water shuttle picks up at the same Rialto stop. Rooms are spacious and clean. Bathroom is oversized and nice. USB and regular plugs easily accessible. Staff was pleasant and helpful.
