此次住宿很幸運的被說升等，整體住宿很好，雖然早餐不如預期，但以威尼斯的整體住宿環境而言應該算是不錯的。

This is something of a gem. A traditional Venetian hotel. Has an old school feel to it with excellent service. It is on a beautiful canal. The immediate area around the hotel is fairly quiet but very close to the action if needed. The best of both worlds.

Location was amazing , even though its 400years old, it was so clean, and bathrooms were nice and fresh updated, i would have liked a bigger breakfast option other than that was amazing and would stay again.

My son and I had a wonderful stay. The location is central and it’s easy to walk to all of the sites. Arriving and departing by water taxi was fun. The staff were very nice and extremely helpful. Our room beautiful and the complimentary champagne was an appreciated surprise. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

A nice but old and work out hotel. Perfect location, nice staff and friend waiters. The rooms are outdated, lights were flashing, a bad smell etc. This was a luxury hotel 15 years ago. But time stod still….

This hotel is a gem, and the staff is incredible. The location was great for us. It is close to restaurants where locals actually eat and a short walk to all the major tourist locations. We loved our room with its towering ceilings and giant chandeliers. Every morning we woke up excited to have breakfast at the hotel, which was the best breakfast we had in Italy. It was delicious. The staff made everything very easy. I booked water transfers through the hotel, and they delivered perfect service. All we had to do was enjoy our trip. We were greeted at the train station and escorted to our waiting water taxi. We attended a gala dinner for Festa Del Redentore. The water taxi to dinner was right on time. The transfer to the airport was also perfect. If you let the wonder staff handle the logistics, you will have an amazing trip. They also offer a great tour of Murano. We were shocked to learn that there is no cost for the water taxi to and from Murano when planned with the hotel. We stayed at great properties in Rome and Florence, but this hotel in Venice was the best stay of our trip. Venice is already a special place, but a great hotel like this one makes it a 10/10.

Second visit not disappointed

Absolutely loved this hotel! A real hidden gem as you could almost walk right by and not realize the magic within. Super helpful staff guide you to the most important sites and are always willing to let you in on the culinary artistry should you wish to throw your carb count out the window (at least for a night or two). Have a water taxi drop you off right at the door or whisk you off to new adventures! I highly reccomend this fine hotel and you'll love the breakfast in the morning to get you fueled up. Book it without question and you'll put this one in the memory bank for sure! Happy travelling!

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were fantastic. The hotel was a bit hard to find and we kept getting lost.

Absolutely beautiful hotel in a great location for exploring Venice. The breakfast buffet is really good with hot and cold choices as well as pastries, cereals and fruit. The rooms are very spacious and the staff are great. We will stay here the next time we visit Venice.

Great location just outside of the busy San Marco area, but very accessible to it. Exceptional staff. Alex at the front desk was the pinnacle of service. Pretty easy and fast water taxi to the airport (snd Tronchetto)…note, water taxi not public desperate. Rooms are classic Venetian style, giving you the full experience.

The quintessential Venetian hotel opulent, all the amenities and extremely friendly and welcoming staff. Our room was so comfortable and cool ( June stay that temps exceeded 95 F during day) we slept til Noon one day! Easy walk to San Marco. Our water taxi brought us right to private dock which made arrival and departure a lovely experience! Thank you Sam and all the staff for taking great care of us! Can’t wait to return soon!
