Very central, friendly staff, big room, clean and quiet. Nice bed and shower. Breakfast served in the room was excellent. Mant restaurants nearby, including Rossopomodoro on the right corner, which is open later than others.

非常漂亮，房間很大，很整潔，外面景色也很美，床很大軟硬適中，枕頭很舒服，雖然在威尼斯非常大霧的一天到達，但開窗後房間依舊乾爽，浴室大得可以放下兩張床，水力很足，而且有按摩淋浴！附近有超多美味的餐廳！我們連續兩天吃了同一家（門口有魚缸的），他們有會中文的服務員及餐牌，服務和食物都非常好！種類也夠多！真的是非常滿意！

We had booked Suite Casanova. The hotel should have a 24-hour reception according to hotels.com. Nevertheless I called the hotel at 5:00 PM and told them we would be arriving late due to flight delays. No problem, we will be here when you arrive, they replied. When we arrived at 11:30 PM, the hotel was closed for the night and no one answered the phone. The water taxi driver called around and finally managed to get in touch with the receptionist. After standing for 30 minutes on the small pier facing the canal, we were let in. The receptionist who had finally appeared helped us with our luggage to the room. He made it very clear that he did not intend to leave the room until he received a tip. The staff is not very service minded. We were also a bit surprised when we asked the reception to book a water taxi for us to the airport, they would only do it if they got paid in cash up front. Ouer room had a fantastic view of the canal and the Suspiros Bridge.

The property is conveniently located to attractions with its own landing dock, and we could see the Bridge of Sighs from our balcony. We felt very safe walking in the area. The staff was attentive to our needs, with very special thanks to Rafaelle. We definitely would stay there again!

This was a lovely hotel with many great restaurants within a few blocks. Easy to get to water transit, gondoliers going down the canal regularly, and close to St Mark's Square. Great breakfast delivered to your room.

Fantastiskt hotell med utmärkt läge! Vackert rum där vi trivdes bra. God frukost som serveras till rummet. Vi blev rekommenderad från hotellet att besöka restaurangen ”Da Roberto”. Undvik denna restaurang då de tar en stor serviceavgift och maten är inte något utöver vad som kan förväntas.
