A nice little place in a great location! Very easy walk to the beach, trains, and into town. Room is nice enough, only had a few complaints but they wouldn’t stop me from staying again are:
-there was no actual mini fridge, just a wine fridge and nowhere to plug it in.
-construction woke us up at 7:30 one day and cleaning woke us up at 8 another day. Cleaning would also unplug the wifi to vacuum.
-first place we’ve been that you have to give the front desk your key when you leave each day?
-smallest shower we’ve had on our month long trip.

L'établissement est bien situé tout près de la gare ferroviaire et de l'embarcadère des bateaux; c'est pratique pour la visite des Cinque Terre et les autres sites de la côte ligurienne; Portofino, Portovenere, Gênes; nous n'avons pas eu besoin d'utiliser notre voiture. Mais surtout, nous avons particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse de tout le personnel de l'hôtel et son incroyable disponibilité pour satisfaire tous nos désirs. Si nous revenons dans la région, nous retournerons dans cet hôtel.

Ho soggiornato all'hotel Alba solo una notte ma mi sarei fermato più che volentieri qualche giorno in più. Il personale è accogliente e disponibile. La camera e la colazione perfetta. da provare anche il ristorante con ampia scelta di piatti di qualità preparati al momento. Consigliatissimo. Tornerò ancora appena ne avrò la possibilità.

Fine private hotel. Staff is welcome and relaxed. Breakfast is fine as well and they have nice terrace for lunch or dinner. Location is very close to train station. Parking is not that hard 200m from hotel on a small square.

Immediatamente cordiali, dall'arrivo fino alla partenza. Sempre disponibili all'ascolto ed a risolvere i piccoli problemi dell'ultimo istante. Il ristorante, poi, è davvero una sorpresa. La CHEF è bravissima con una selezione di piatti invitanti e ben preparati. La signora in sala altrettanto, sempre con un sorriso e con cortesia. Ottima la colazione, dolce e salato.

Devo dire che di alberghi ne frequento almeno 3/4 a settimana è se potessi indicare una votazione corretta 5 stelle non basterebbero servirebbe almeno il doppio. Albergo comodissimo alla stazione 5 minuti a piedi, posteggio auto a pagamento raggiungibile con navetta dell’albergo. Ma il jolly è giocato tutto sul servizio del personale, ragazzi usciti da scuole alberghiere con la voglia di mettere in pratica ciò che hanno imparato. Questo servizio vi posso garantire che neanche nei 5stelle più blasonati mi è stato offerto.

Di questi tempi con le diverse regole, sono riusciti a mantenere i vari servizi come la colazione o la navetta per la stazione di Chiavari. Per questo tanto di capello
Per la stanza era pulita , peccato non c’era un frigo ma una cantina per il vino che non siamo riusciti ad attaccare.
Molto carino e piacevole il giardino dove si cena e si fa colazione.

Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Colazione ottima preparata dalla simpaticissima chef (niente cornetti ma buonissime torte). Ambienti puliti e profumati. Unica pecca: il parcheggio distante (ci si arriva con la navetta) ma l’hotel è a due passi dalla stazione quindi se si va in treno è meglio.

Dormitorio estrecho, cuesta desplazarse, sin veladores, ni frigobar; tampoco cuenta con cortinas que permitan tapar La Luz exterior (solo una tela colgando de un tronco en la ventana). Demasiados empleados ociosos fiscalizando el desayuno.. en general muchos empleados y pocas atenciones y servicios. Música en la terraza del hotel desde muy temprano hasta altas horas de la noche. Muy elevado el valor para lo que ofrecen. Fuerte olor a alcantarilla en lugar de desayuno.
