The hotel is far from city center and metro station. Since it is far away, so the environment is really quite. Besides, it is very close to Vatican, you can go there on foot 15 mins. However, the hotel location is not convenient to travellers. The train station next to hotel shown on the map is not useful for city center traveling. Nearest metro station is 15 mins walk away. The staff is generally not very helpful and pro-actively. Wifi is free but only available or network strong enough at receiption, but not for rooms.

Location: Being 10 minutes away from St. Peters Bascilica makes the hotel a possible choice for anyone wanting to visit Vatican City. Room: - over all was spacious but felt a bit 'off' with the furniture layout - electrical outlets are too few, low to the floor and hidden behind furniture making it difficult to plug in device chargers - bed was comfortable but firmer than some might like and was made up daily to make an army drill instructor proud - pillows (all 4) on the bed were all pretty firm and fairly thick, anyone requiring a spongy or thin pillow needs to bring their own - Towels were changed daily - bathroom was cramped and the Bidet partially blocked the shower entrance - shower door was on the wrong side making it harder to get past the Bidet to get into the shower - shower had a mounted hand-held head that was not adjustable except for height and then sprayed out horizontally. For those who like the hand-held this might work, for those who like to stand under a shower coming mostly down it's a DRAG. - bathroom overall kept getting a light sewer smell over the course of the day so we had to keep the windows and bathroom door open as much as possible to let out the smell

Loved the location. Felt local. Beautiful view to the Vatican State. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

I've stayed here twice because it is reasonably close to the Vatican and so in a ten minute walk you're already experiencing stunning buildings and sites. The local area also feels less touristy and more authentic. The rooms are fine, everything is as you'd expect. There is a nearby train station that gets you into the main Rome stations.

I’ve stayed at this property for years, every time I’m in Rome. Initially I chose the hotel because of its location, off the beaten path, but close to everything. If that was the only thing though I might not keep returning. It’s the staff that makes the stay here worthwhile. The staff is the best!

The room was clean but small and in need of repairs. The shower was super small and leaking, with black mold on the bathroom walls.

Staff always polite and courteous. Rooms immaculate every day with provisions catered for each day.

Hotel close to The Vatican within 15 mins walk and the San Paulo train station within 5 mins walk. Friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Safe and quiet location away from the hustle and bustle.

I like the clossenes to San Pietro train station and to Vatican.
