Beaucoup de matériel on mauvais état : wc , douche et serviettes de mauvaise qualité. Ça ne vaut pas le prix indiqué.

Good location!

La habitacion tenia humedad y la pintura del techo desprendida , bastante incomoda la hab por que eñ espacio entre las camas demasiado estrecho.

Nos recibieron por la noche, pese a ver tenido problemas con el avión. El personal muy atento y amable. El alojamiento es sencillo pero agradable.

Early check in, 10% discount at nextdoor restaurant, cab reservations for following day, elevator for luggage!!

The best point was that the hotel offers a 10% discount at an adjacent restaurant with good service and good food. The room was clean but small and fairly primitive - ok for a night's stay close to the Tower and the excellent botanical garden and museum, but not a place I would want to stay any longer. The stairway between the 2nd and 3rd floors had towels strewn on the floor, and there was a smell of rotting food near the reception desk. (I might have just been there on a bad night.)

Didn’t take breakfast as basic coffee/ croissant only. Bathroom was tiny , shower was very mouldy. Room basic but small, bed ok. WiFi not great

Very welcoming and friendly staff. Good room and facilities for the price. Satisfactory and very good value continental breakfast. Extremely convenient location for the leaning tower and magnificent historical buildings. Recommended.

The best location to Pisa tower and train station. So convenient!!

The room was very dated and was in desperate need of a refurbishment. It did not match the example pictures on hotels.com which was very disappointing. The room lacked basic services such as a fridge which is less than ideal in Italy during hot weather. It had a kettle but there was no cups or tea/coffee provided so a bit pointless. The room wasn’t clean on arrival with dust present throughout the room and hair in the shower. The walls had splatter marks from where people had swatted flies and the shower had ants in it. I suffered numerous bites on my body during my two night stay. My partner and I felt itchy during the night. The room wasn’t cleaned during our stay which sums us the hotels attitude to cleanliness. The hotel was noisy and the room seemed to lack any soundproofing as we could hear noise from other rooms constantly. The reception was rarely manned to speak with anyone as they were too busy supporting their adjacent business in the restaurant. The only positive was its location to local attractions.

Hotel mitten in der Stadt, Einrichtung ok. Lage perfekt.

The hotel is 5mins walk from the tower of Pisa. There is decent street parking nearby but you do not need or want a car here. There are many food restaurants and bars walking distance. Facilities are dated but it is clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly. For example they can offer a €3 breakfast and can help you get a €15 citywide parking permit. I wish I could have stayed longer in Pisa.

The staff were friendly and the room was clean ( except for the inside of the shower, behind the shower doors). The room didn’t feel welcoming and was rather tatty and dated. Often, there were large sacks of dirty bedding and towels left on the stairs. The adjoining restaurant (La Corte de San Leonardo) was excellent.

O hotel: simples e bom O quarto: ótimo. Espaçoso e com boa cama e banheiro. A localização: incrível. 5 min a pé da torre de pisa e perto de vários restaurantes.

Det var en konstig lukt i rummet. . Det värsta var att det fanns hundratals myggor.Annars var det helt Ok
