Prenotato in promo con la notte gratis di hotels.com è stata un'ottima esperienza. Camera spaziosa, pulitissima e confortevole. Servizio ottimo. I receptionist sono stati tutti molto gentili e disponibili. La location è ottima a due passi da piazza S. Marco raggiungibile con varie linee di vaporetto. Consigliatissimo.

交通方便，就在交通船碼頭旁，去哪都近。
從旅館入口到checkin櫃檯沒有電梯，電梯只支援櫃台到其他住宿樓層。
浴室沒有乾濕分離，洗個澡都搞得整個浴室濕答答，馬桶三層樓高，有夠難坐，馬桶蓋坐下去還會歪掉，浴室沒有可以放換洗衣物的地方，完全不知設計的人在想什麼。
房間佈置奇怪，一個大鏡子直接照著床，只能用窗簾硬蓋起來，超級扣分的地方。
房間沒熱水壺，沒馬克杯，只有房間外的販賣機買著昂貴的瓶裝水。
交通方便是在交通不方便的威尼斯中唯一的優點。

提前半年订的露台房并且已经发邮件确认过成功的状态，check-in的时候却给的是没有terrace的阁楼房，通风超差，还信口雌黄的说与阁楼房有一层楼连接的属于酒店的天台是阁楼房的terrace，每个staff都串通一气说无阳台的阁楼房就是露台房，并且说hotels.com上的图片与实际存在差异是很正常的事，说明她们欺骗住客已经不是一天两天的情况了，除了位置，没有任何优势，请不要预定这家酒店，纯粹找罪受！！！

The hotel didn't have elevator to the lobby, so had to carry it up myself and the hotel staff didn't offer to help at all. But it does have an elevator up to the room. The room is big, clean and simple. The room faces inward so it was quiet. The hotel is at an excellent location, close to st marks square and have lots of restaurants and coffee shop down stairs. Not use to the cleaning stuff they use to clean the rooms, smells like vinegar. I think it's good value for money given I was there during early Sept.

Its location is superb! 5 min walking distance to Clock Tower and Dodge Pallace. The surrounding are has many good local dining options, too. The room and linen was clean. The room was not spacy, but was acceptable for us, as a small family and for short stay. Spent most of our time outside.

Although this hotel has air conditioning, it can only be set to 19 degrees Celsius, and after asking, we were told it could not be adjusted. You are forced to choose between enduring the scorching summer heat or the freezing air conditioning, which is a very uncomfortable experience, especially since they only provide one very thin comforter (and even when we asked for an extra blanket, we were refused).
Furthermore, if you leave the hotel during the day, you must return the key and pick it up again when you return, which makes no sense and is somehow inconvenient.

We went to Venice in May and this hotel was right in the middle of the action. Conveniently close to water bus station and St. Mark's square. Staff was friendly and attended to all our needs. However, it was lacking in a lot of room amenities. No water or coffee was provided.
Drinking cups were plastic and barely stood up when filled. Airconditioning was not turned on and room was too hot. It's a good thing the staff provided us with an electric fan. I would find a different hotel if I were to return to Venice in the future.

Balcony was relaxing and had a great view. Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were cleaned everyday and the cleaners did an excellent job. Cleanest place I’ve stayed.
Lots of dining lots in a prime location, lots of major sights nearby and water taxi platform is very close.
