Excellent hotel and very family friendly. Location is ideal. Bfast very good.

We recently stayed at this property and, overall, the experience was just okay. For the premium price we paid, we expected a higher level of comfort, quality, or service. While there were no major issues, nothing particularly stood out to justify the top-dollar cost. It met the basics, but didn’t exceed expectations.

The staff! The staff! The staff! Every single staff member was incredibly friendly. We felt welcome and well cared for. The property itself is charming with a gorgeous roof deck which was a beautiful place to have cocktails. This is one of the closest hotels to the train station, and the staff was wonderful about checking our bags on arrival, and at departure, so we could spend more time touring Florence. Thank you Bijou for an unforgettable visit to Florence!

The most bizarre part is that we have no idea why the city tax and all purchases had to be paid in cash only. No other hotels we've stayed at in Italy had such a cash-only policy. Also, the safe box and the hair dryer in the room did not work.

Very friendly staff & clean rooms

Hotel bem localizado perto da estação de trem e pontos turísticos (dá para conhecer tudo caminhando), bom café da manhã e staff atencioso. O ponto negativo é a entrada do hotel e o elevador que são precários.

The area where the property is at is very dirty and there were a couple homeless around, but no one messes with you and it is also conveniently close to the train station. The stuff and the breakfast was really nice and good. The room itself was good clean and spacious. My only problem was the bathroom. It has a strong humidity smell and it was not taken care of as the rest of the room. The shower had a hole outside and the sink holder has water getting to the wood so is lifting.

When we arrive late night because of flight delay, and the night time staff so rude and unhelpful when my room air conditioning

Fräscht kändes nyrenoverat. Nära tågstationen och gångavstånd till Duomo. Bekväm säng, fin modern inredning och badrummet var i toppskikt. Bra storlek på duschen! Enda nackdelen är att det var väldigt lyhört. Särkilt när gäster ringde på porttelefonen. Antar att det var för att de inte checkat in än och fått en nyckel.

Estadia bastante negativa. O quarto que foi disponibilizado tinha 3m x 3m e tinha um odor a esgoto terrível. Apesar de pedirmos para mudar de quarto, não havendo disponibilidade, a alternativa proposta foi um ambientador. Pequeno almoço com fruta em mau estado e pão servido num dos dias não era fresco.

Excelente opción cerca de la estación de Trenes, personal muy amable, buen desayuno.

Next to the train station so that’s a huge plus. Access to taxi is awesome. Could be cleaner for the price but staff was super accommodating so it made up for the other things that needed improvement.

安いので仕方ないが狭かった

The location was perfect, easy to walk to everything in under 20 minutes. Lots of restaurants nearby and a few minute walk from the train station. The downside were the small room for a family of five, online it did not represent how tight it was and the bathroom toliet seat was not the correct size and slid all over. Other than that, it was a beautiful stay! Just better for smaller groups.
