La struttura di per sè era ben organizzata, con anche la palestra e una buona colazione. Inoltre la zona era centrale e comoda per spostarsi. L'unica pecca è che nel mio bagno era presente una macchia di muffa molto ampia sul soffitto ed inoltre per il prezzo pagato ho ricevuto una camera piuttosto piccola e ad un piano alto.

I am a usual customer, but this time there was no heating at the hotel on the first night and the room temperature was 18C. To me that is unacceptable. I have requested additional electric heater, but it was not available. It was a rough night and for a 4 star hotel it is unacceptable to have such conditions.

The hotel is modern inside, roomy, very good hot water pressure, tasty breakfast options, and a friendly staff.

Hotel bem localizado e quarto muito confortável. Atendimento muito simpático e atencioso. Hotel 3 estrelas muito melhor que alguns que se diziam 4 estrelas aqui na Itália.

Great location, wonderful apartment,clean convenient, spacious. Excellent staff, always ready to help with recommendations for the areas sites and attractions as well as great restaurants. Very friendly and kind particularly with our limited Italian vocabulary.

Breakfast was excellent and the hotel in general was very nice

Ein sehr ordentlich gefúhrtes Hotel. Sehr gutes Frühstúck mit mehreren Sorten von Croissant und Anderem. Und das Personal sehr entgegenkommend. Ich komme gerne wieder zurück.

Camera rumorosa, un generatore parte e fa rumore ogni tot, vicini di stanza di cui senti tutto. Ottima la pulizia complimenti alle addette. Deludente la colazione. Parcheggio a pagamento con discesa auto su montacarichi stretto lo spazio per fare manovra e per assistermi hanno mandato una delle donne delle pulizie. Con quello che costa (3 stelle e mezzo non le vale per nulla) neanche una bottiglietta d’acqua di cortesia (tutto a pagamento) Materassi improponibili. Meno scena e più attenzione al confort del cliente per piacere. La posizione è centralissima e perfetta.

Fint hotell med sentral beliggenhet i gangavstand til alt Ferrara har å by på. Moderne og komfortable rom med godt renhold. God og innholdsrik frokost i rent og pent lokale. Hyggelige og serviceinnstilte ansatte.

Personale gentilissimo e disponibilissimo. Colazione dolce e salata indimenticabile... anche qui sempre disponibilità totale del personale. Unico appunto il garage a pagamento e meccanico si entra ci si ferma e si è sollevati in alto, e richiede una buona dose di abilità, soprattutto con SUV per entrare e uscire, da fare sempre con aiuto del personale dell'Hotel. Una volta entrato poi i parcheggi sono spaziosi e comodi.
