Room clean and big enough for a family of 4. The breakfast is very good and the staff is very nice and helpful. Bonus point the view of Pompéi and the Vesuvio is amazing. Nice Neighborhood!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to warn future travelers.
The room I was assigned looked nothing like the photos advertised. It was old, shabby, and in poor condition. I found visible cobwebs, mold, and an old blanket that looked more like a moving blanket than hotel bedding. The room felt neglected and was far below the standard I expected based on the listing.
When I questioned the room assignment, I was told I had actually been "upgraded" to a first-floor room so I could use the stairs instead of the elevator. After expressing my concerns, the staff offered to move me back to my original room on the second floor. I viewed that room as well, and it was also dated, dingy, and nothing like the property's promotional photos. I did not feel comfortable staying in either room.
Because the accommodations were so different from what was advertised, I decided to leave the hotel immediately rather than spend the night there. I was informed that no refund would be provided because the reservation was non-refundable.
My recommendation to future guests is simple, carefully manage your expectations. If you are booking based on the photos shown online, understand that the room you receive may be very different from what is advertised. Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences of my trip to Italy.

L’hôtel est bien placé pour la visite des ruines de Pompéi. L’accueil a été très agréable avec même la responsable qui est venu m’accompagner jusqu’à ma voiture que j’avais laissé avant un panneau ZTL qui en fait n’est plus en vigueur. Le petit déjeuner est très correct et le restaurant d’un bon rapport qualité prix.

Lovely staff, clean and presentable, air con in room was fantastic and situated directly opposite Pompeii archaeological site. Parking is onsite, unlike lots of other Italian hotels that claim they are and aren’t, entrance is at ///monday.evolving.inspector - what3words
We didn’t eat at the restaurant, instead favouring to try some of the local restaurants instead, but what food we did see come out as we were sat in the bar looked fantastic.

This was a lively hotel in a great location. Near shopping and restaurants, as well as one of the entrances to Pompeii. The breakfast was good, as well. We would likely stay here if ever in Pompeii again.

Ruime kamer op een perfecte locatie.
