Great location, very close to the train station. No need to cross any bridge with the luggage.
No lift (guess that's normal at Venice).
There's air conditioning in the room. Breakfast included too.

Near railway station is the only one reason why I booked this hotel. However, due to some problem for the room, they sent me to another hotel that far away railway station (7 mins by walking with baggage). For that distance, you will have other choices. Think carefully before you make division. No comment for the hotel.

Good location. Others are bad, not worth to stay. Should have better choice in same price.
Poor breakfast, water in shower room is not strong. No evaluator, need to take lauggage bag to 2nd floor. Room is too dark.
Overall, location is the only advantage.

The breakfast is just OK, there are not many choices. And the time for breakfast is too late.
Some staffs are nice, but some are not. No elevator is inconvenience.

Its location is a benefit you can get from it. No elevator makes it difficult to carry luggage up-stair. Apart from the fact that it's a OLD hotel with OLD infrastructures, it's really convenient.
