Un chaleureux merci à Deborah et Piedro à l'accueil qui ont été magnifiques... avec des connaissances sur l'Histoire très appréciables.
De plus, ils parlent français, ce qui nous arrange bien.
Le lit était confortable et nuit silencieuse bien que l'hôtel eût été bien rempli.
Le petit déjeuner fut excellent, c'est un hôtel à recommander dans un village calme et sympa à 2 pas de Parme avec visite possible en train à 7 min.

Excellent pour une étape d'un long voyage, près de l'autoroute.
Parking gratuit très pratique. Prix de la chambre très peu cher.Bon petit déjeuner. Avec la clim, indispensable avec ces grosses chaleurs. Personnel très accueillant.

Il personale ai piani schiamazzava dalla mattina presto rendendo impossibile dormire.
Nel complesso la camera era pulita, ma relativamente al confort alcune cose da migliorare: le tente ad esempio non coprivano totalmente la finestra ed entrava quindi la luce al sorgere del sole.

Ottima camera il bagno invece era nella media non particolarmente bello il tutto, però pulito . Colazione buona abbastanza variegata, parcheggio facile sotto la struttura in totale un rapporto qualità prezzo molto buono. A circa 10 km da Parma.

Corretto il rapporto qualità prezzo: prezzo decisamente conveniente, stanze decisamente spartane, anche se pulite.
Tuttavia:
- dal telefono in camera (di anteguerra) pare impossibile chiamare la reception, che invece risponde chiamando da fuori
- pur in ambito di estrema economia, aggiungere nella colazione anche yogurt magro (chiedere quello vegetale forse sarebbe troppo), oltre a quello intero, non sarebbe uno sforzo eccessivo, credo; lo avevo chiesto nel mio precedente soggiorno e mi avevano risposto in maniera estremamente asciutta "non c'è"
- sempre in economia, forse ci potrebbe stare anche un materasso migliore

This hotel is in an appalling state and should be avoided. I did not stay there though prepaid. AC did not work in the room. The whole hotel smelled of chemicals. Carpets threadbare. No investment in recent times. Photographs on hotels.com website totally misleading. I will be asking for a full refund and if not provided them will escalate to booking agents CEO. They should delist this hotel.
