格南米蘭飯店

第一天入住，發現shower head 壞了，要下一天才修理好；要主動要求才有飲水杯供應。 第二天開始，發現浴缸去水緩慢。 另外每天玩的毛巾，數目都不一樣，令人費解。 又沒有沖涼液供應。

地點很讚，窗戶可以直接看到米蘭車站，房間大小適中，設備看起來都蠻新的，一切都很不錯，下次來還會來入住

Nice clean, lovely smelling room, good sized bathroom, comfortable bed. Walking distance, like 450m from Milano Centrale train station and 12 minutes drive from Duomo Cathedral.

Checkin was ok. However i paid my city taxes on arrival but staff was side tracked and didnt mark ut off ao they trued to ask for ut on checking out so always ask for reciept of payment. Room was nice loved tge big deep bath. Requested a kettle and some tea bags and sone ice which was promptly bought to room. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was ok had enough variety to get anyone through the day. Lifts are very slow we had one not working so alot of pressure on the ones that were working. Basic checkout other than being asked for the city taxes again lucky tge staff memeber that i paid them to was working that day and confirmed i had paid. We were able to have our bags held as we had a late train which was good however when we returned to collect them they had a bus load of people arrive and trying soneobe to get our bags out was a nightmare, almost missed our train, lucky ut us so close to the train station. Overall just an average hotel.

とても綺麗で駅から近く快適でした。 もともと分かってはいたのですが…周りの治安はあまり良くないかもです。 尚、ホテルに関して、スリッパがあるとより良いと思いました！

When we entered the room, we felt perfect as the view is good. Unfortunately, later, we found the room is full of ants in the morning. They were on the floor and even went into our suitcase. It caused us more than an hour to clean up. It is terrible.

We travelled from USA and Our stay at Hotel Glam was excellent. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, Clean beautilful room and other amenities. Highly recommend this to anybody visiting Milan.

施設、利便性、朝食すべてパーフェクトでした。 3人で宿泊しましたが、ベットもクイーンベットが別々の部屋にそれぞれ設置されていて快適でした。 Barのバーテンダーさんはタイ🇹🇭出身らしく、とても気さくお話してくれました。

I would not recommend this hotel for the price room was small the sink backed up and the shower and tub was very difficult to get in and out. The shower water was not very regulated kept going from hot to cold had to keep adjusting it. It was conveniently located close to train station but I’m sure there are better options. Restaurants are close several places to choose from.

Amazing location right in front from the central station and from there you go anywhere in Milan or surroundings.

The staff were very nice especially the restaurant/bar staff. We did have a huge stain on the duvet cover of our bed and we asked twice to have it changed but no one ever came to change it. So that was disappointing.

Good location, since it’s a walking distance from Milan Centrale.

The ac in the room never got cool. The room stank as the carpet on the floor was damp. Called and went down to reception but was given a lame excuse that he was resetting the ac which never got cool and they were completely sold out. Imagine having to sleep in a warm stinky room, which was not cheap btw. At Eur 200+ I expect better than this!

Lack of control with the air conditioning When we came back from a day out the room temperature was 14 degrees and no way of warming it up only the sun through the window
