地點很方便, 去景點都很近, 房間有點小但還ok

This is really good place and conformtable in Venzice. I will be come back next time.

飯店位於聖馬可港口步行10分鐘內，但是如果攜帶大型行李要考慮威尼斯到處都是橋，搬運不便。飯店本身是有歷史的飯店。住起來很有一番樂趣，而且早餐也算非常好。唯一缺點是無線網路經常收訊不良，這是要加強的地方。飯店附近也相當熱鬧，生活機能很好。

No hot water machine provided.The toilet flush very worst.Make noisy sound keep continue.Need repair.Breakfast not good.The hotel charges not cheap but breakfast too bad.The receptionist Ms.Ileana who having long gold hair, she was impolite to the me on 29December2014 at 18:37 that night.I won't believe the receptonist will bad services like her.

The position of this hotel is convenient, the staff were nice. However my room is not so clean, I found a big booger (the dirt that comes from the nose)is on the blanket that provided from the hotel,which I believe the dirt is come from the previous guest. Other than that, I also found there are spider silk on the wall, which the cleaning service was unacceptable, overall, staff were nice, cleaning should be improved.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Recommended a fabulous restaurant that my family enjoyed tremendously!! I would highly recommend this hotel for its location, comfort and awesome staff.

Front desk staff were not very friendly or helpful, except for the 1 female staff member who was quite helpful. The hotel was fairly typical, but the rooms were a bit more run down. The location is what made this hotel!

Albergo con personale molto cordiale e attento alle esigenze dei clienti. Buffet per la colazione internazionale ricco e variegato. A richiesta si possono chiedere (pagando un piccolo extra) cose aggiuntive come ad esempio l'uovo strapazzato o i pancake. Consiglio questo albergo anche per la vicinanza alle maggiori attrazioni di Venezia. I locali in zona sono un po' cari ma si può anche alternare qualche buon ristorante con i numerosi quando caratteristici 'Bacari' che si trovano un po' ovunque.

The hotel is very clean and very near to all attractions. It’s very easy to access. Crew is very helpful and warm.

Hotel was quite , safe and very convenient.

One word: MOLD. We chose this hotel because they had family rooms (two connecting rooms) which is always so much better than having all four family members packed into one room. Well, turned out that there was a REALLY disgusting and a clear smell of mold coming from the bathroom of the second bedroom. Water has clearly damaged the structures. We asked about this in the evening but the person at the reception said he couldn’t do anything about it. After then sleeping the first night in the room we all got sore throats and headaches. Luckily the reception staff could swith us to another family room in the morning, but of course the visit was already ruined at that point. It’s worth noting that the same smell of mold was obvious also in the other room, but not as bad as the first one. Feels a bit bad giving a bad review as the staff was very friendly and the location was great, but future visitors should be warned and for sure the hotel shouldn’t let ANYONE stay in the first room until proper renovation. Unfortunately we can’t recommend and would not stay there again.

What a lovely hotel the staff were all very friendly we had a room with a balcony it was amazing next time we are in Venice will definitely book again so happy with our choice thank you to everyone for making our stay so very special
