Close to train station Breakfast less than average Staff were friendly, and amazing 10!

Skøn beliggenhed, og ende skønnere tagterrasse. Det store marked er lige rundt om døren, og alt hvad vi behøvede var i gåafstand. Hotellet er både nyere i sine faciliteter, men stadig meget charmerende. Vi fik de første to nætter et værelse der godt kunne trænge til en kærlig hånd, men de næste to nætter fik vi en skønt værelse. Jeg vil klart bo her igen.

Loved how central this hotel is. Front desk staff is very kind & efficient. The furniture in the room is very dated with paint missing on the chairs, folded up paper under the armoire leg, chips in the desk Otherwise, the rooftop is nice and the payment was fair.

Os pontos positivos do Hotel Maquiavelli são a sua localização perto da estação de trem Santa Maria Novella, a vista da cobertura e o café da manhã bem servido e muito gostoso. No entanto, os quartos são muito antigos, sem suportes de apoio, com cortinas muito antigas e carpetes velhos, precisando urgente de uma reforma no interior do prédio. A qualidade da cama e dos travesseiros eram péssimas, quase não consegui dormir nos dias que estive hospedada no hotel, além de adquirir uma alergia. Além disso, o ar condicionado não gelava suficiente, de modo que passamos calor à noite, mesmo pedindo para os funcionários diminuírem a temperatura do ar condicionado, que é central. O banheiro tinha um tamanho razoável, estava reformado e em bom estado. Importante salientar que, na lateral do hotel, há uma rua com diversos bares e restaurantes que causam barulhos à noite, que incomodou ainda mais a dormida.

The hotel and staff were excellent. The hotel is very near the train station and all the main items are within walking distance.

Good value for money

Our room was really typical and nice.

only problem was a/c- and it was the hotest Florence had been in years. The rooftop bar was excellent. Great people,the staff was pleasant and attentive. Go there!

Clean & quiet rooms. Near everything. Shopping, restaurants & attractions.

Great location for station and main attractions

The property was quite basic but the staff were helpful and efficient. Although everything was within easy walking distance which was great, pick pockets were rife. One of us had our bag stolen outside the hotel. As we were on our way to the airport, this was a nightmare!

Es un hotel a 5 minutos andando desde la estacion de tren, puedes llegar fácil a cualquier parte de la ciudad, el desayuno del hotel está rico y tiene variedad

Hotel recomendable. Ubicación que facilita el transporte público, habitación limpia y cómoda con todos los servicios.

Voy a comenzar con lo bueno, la ubicacion es excelente, muy cerca de la estacion del tren y de casi todo. el personal muy amables todos, no se filtraba el ruido de la calle, la terraza genial. la entrada al hotel es muy bonita. la habitacion que yo rente era para 4 y era grande y las camas comodas. Yo pienso que a este hotal le falta un poco de DETALLE por ejemplo las alfrobras de los pasillos estaba muy vieja con excepcion del ultimo piso que se veia nueva, no se si es que estan cambiandolas poco a poco, la tapa del toliet de mi bano era mas pequena que el toliet, y algunas esquinas de las paredes estaba rotas, entiendo que la gente las dana con las maletas pero a eso me refiero con que LE FALTA EL DETALLE, se supone que una buena administracion veria eso, el mini frizer de mi habitacion no enfriaba bien y eso que lo cambiaron porque en mi caso necesito refrigerar medicinas, pero como no enfriaba ellos guardaron mis medicinas en sus neveras, en dos ocaciones que llegamos a la habitacion no habia luz, aunque el staff llego y lo soluciono al parecer se bajaban los brekes no lo se y ellos tampoco. No puedo opinar sobre la comida porque no comi en el hotel. Si no fueran por esos detalles les daria 10 en todo.

Overall, this hotel was excellent. The room was unique and comfortable. We enjoyed watching the sun set from the rooftop, a special amenity. Unfortunately, responsiveness from the staff was not quite as strong. We called both prior and after our stay to address some questions, and were told to email to receive a very fast reply. We emailed via Expedia and directly, several times, but never received a reply in any case. Still a great hotel, but don’t count on assistance if you need help when you are not on the premises.

駅からとても近く周囲にはレントラン、カフェもたくさんありとても便利です。屋上にあるルーフトップバーからの眺めは最高です。おすすめのホテルです。
