Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal, hervorragender Service, geräumiges Zimmer, sauber, gute Betten, funktionierendes WLAN, reichhaltiges gutes Frühstücksbuffet, leckeres Abendessen, sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, ausreichend Parkplätze ohne Gebühr verfügbar, Autobahnanschluss, Tankstelle, Einkaufszentrum und Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Umgebung, kein Fluglärm trotz Nähe zum Flughafen Triest, hervorragend geeignet als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in das Friaul, bespielsweise nach Aquileia, Grado, Udine, Pordenone, San Daniele del Friuli, Spilimbergo, Cividale del Friuli, Gorizia, Triest, Castelli di Duino/die Miramare, Lipica. Main advantage was its location, very close to the airport and was the reason we chose it. Budget hotel feel needing an update. Breakfast was quite basic. Wi-Fi was fine and room comfort a little better than average. Functional.

hotel ist gut zu erreichen vom der Autobahn und praktisch alles in der Geged zu Erkunden, bis Triest, hat einen Parking, ein Supermarkt direkt neben an, der einziger Manko ist der Eingang mit eine Treppe nach unten und keine Rampe für Gepäck, das muss man alles Tragen, ziemlich unpracktisch

Nice staff and bus station to Venice was few minute walk.; however the maytreses were worn and lopsided and room was too hot even with eindow open. No option available to turn the temp down just turn heat off. Also, somehow we list? Coukd not find the key to the room and eventhough it eas rrplaced we did not feel safe sleeping there with the thought that someone had our key.
