all the staffs are friendly and helpful ! the local are very nice just 5 mins walk to termini !

房間沒有暖氣 與櫃台反映後隔天幫我們換了房間 但是暖氣在關閉後還是無法自行開啟 新換的房間廁所有股尿騷味 即使我們將馬桶擦拭了很多遍還是很臭 早餐分量很少 由飯店固定送去房間 只有一人給一塊麵包或可頌以及乾吐司還有一杯咖啡 不過離車站很近 對面也有小超市 交通還算方便

great location in Roma. easy to get on metro and bus. The hotel in on the 5th floor in a building. The room and shower room are quite small. The city tax $4 for every adult and child each night are collected when you check out. The breakfast is delivered to the room every morning, however, only one-time coffee(tea) and a piece of bread and cookie.

离火车站很近，酒店下午有个老爷爷很热情，设施还比较新，总体比较满意

Good location but the pressure of shower was unacceptable low.

我們於3/16-3/19入住三天，第一天晚班櫃枱給我們一間很小的房間，他說隔天會幫我們換大一點房間，我們入住後發現是單人房，先生於是去櫃枱抱怨，櫃枱人員竟說我們夫妻體重過重，才會覺得床小，彼此談話不是太愉快，後來櫃枱有退一點差價給我們。第二天老闆Lauro就說會幫我們換大一點房間，我們外出一整天，回旅館後發現被換至四人房，房間空間大住起來舒服多了，但我於12點多洗澡，發現水量小，洗到後來接近無水。第三晚我就早早洗澡，水量就沒問題。 老闆Lauro看得出來滿用心經營，每天都在櫃枱附近幫忙，看得出來他想彌補我們，所以隔天就幫我們換至四人房，每天早上也都問我們住宿感覺。 這是一間小旅館，離Termini車站很近，附近有家樂福超市，離羅馬歌劇院很近，我們訂4:30的表演，早上去各景點參觀，因為天冷風大，下午3點還回旅館午休一小時，然後再漫步至歌劇院看表演。若不想花大錢住宿，這裡是不錯的選擇。

The rooms are small and basic, but the included breakfast is nice to have as you wake up. Elevator is very small and slow. A policy i found really annoying is that you have to leave your key at reception every time you leave your room, which kind of defeats the purpose of having a room key at all because the doors lock by default when pulled.

Breakfast comes with room service. We had to catch an early train, so the desk had the coffee, croissant, and juice brought up to the room 15 minutes early. Luggage storage is also provided.

The apartment doesn’t look like the pictures on the website. It’s very simple

Outstanding little hotel. Cleanliness was outstanding too. The desk clerk is so helpful. If you need a cab to get here from the train station, call the hotel for their cab, it’s half the going rate. It’s a 3 minute walk to the ferry. A excellent value for a hotel. Compared to Rome, it’s a larger room at half the price.

We booked for 3 nights but only stayed 2 in the end. We had 2 single beds that we had to push together to be able to lay a suitcase down to open it. The shower was just unacceptable and not easily accessible for anyone who may have some extra pounds on. But even then, it was very difficult to get into shower. The staff were very friendly though, but this size of accommodation was not for us.

Budget friendly option to stay for a night or two. Do not expect much.
