Overall we had a very nice stay. The room was clean and ac worked well. There were a lot of stairs to get up to our room. We were on the top floor but that’s probably to be expected for the area. Since we had to catch a train before breakfast was served they put together a bag for us on the day of departure. Staff was friendly and answered all our questions. Area was good and very close to st marks square.

Mathia ( the receptionist) is very professional and friendly. He has an outstanding customer service skill. The room is very clean, bed sheet, towels are very clean. The shower is too small.

Hotel Mercurio was wonderful. The staff was amazing, friendly, and gave amazing recommendations for food and outings. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing! Also, it was very centrally located which made it super easy and convenient to get to anywhere in the city. We loved it and would recommend them highly.

The hotel is absolutely fantastic, super helpful and nice staff and it looks much better in real life than the photos on this website.
The room was comfortable, fluffy bed and good pillows, air conditioning was started before we arrived so the room was perfect when we got there.
