Vi har haft det dejligste ophold, romantisk og skønt. Den sødeste betjening, roomservice to gange samme dag når vi var i operaen, rooftop restaurant med fantastisk udsigt til arenaen. Det var vores tredje besøg på hotellet og vi vil helt sikkert vende tilbage

L'hôtel est situé à proximité immédiate des arènes de Verona (visibles même depuis la chambre). Tous les membres de l'équipe ont été très attentifs à nos différentes demandes. Nous n'avons pas pu profité du roof top car il faisait trop chaud mais la vue depuis celui-ci sur les arènes et les toîts de Verona est fantastique.

It was a perfect hotel, close to the Verona arena. We enjoyed our stay, great room for our family if 4, and breakfast was great!

Es ist super Hotel, direkt im Zentrum Verona. Auf der Dachterasse ist Spa und am Abend Bar mit Aussicht an Arena. Auch paar Tönen von gerade laufenden Aufführung sind zu hören.

The staff were lovely, very helpful. Hotel was in a great location. Room was quite small but comfortable.

De som jobbet der var kunnskapsrike om lokalområdet og delte villig informasjon. De var veldig serviceinnstilte og kjempehyggelige. En treig heis som tar deg opp til en koselig restaurant på taket, før du igjen møter smilende og serviceinnstilte ansatte der. Vi kommer til å dra tilbake, men bestille et større rom. For oss var det også en bonus med hunden som jobbet der, som tok oss logrende imot når vi gikk inn døra.

Great location but definitely not worth the money

Excellent service at check in. Car parking service is really nice. Can be hard to find parking close to center. Room was very nice and also the roof bar. Great one night stay.

Disappointing. We booked this hotel for the terrace and spa pool. Although it was made clear that the apartment was in a separate building, I hadn't appreciated that it was almost a kilometer away and at a separate property, until I got the confirmation from Verona House Aparthotel instead of Hotel Milano & Spa. We paid more than other options because of the appeal of the terrace not realising that it was some distance away and we couldn't just use it whenever we wanted or simply to relax. To use the terrace during the day you have to book in advance and pay an additional €20 per person (not indicated on the website). After 3pm the terrace is used as a bar and restaurant and is open to the public, so we could have booked that anyway. The room we had the first night (number 52 on the ground floor) was awful! It was tiny, dark, smelly and noisy - we could hear the lift going up and down and hear every word from reception. The bathroom light was triggered by a motion censor, so went off when I was in the shower, there was no toilet roll holder or soap dish and the shower was mouldy and the shower door broken... They moved us to a different room on floor 2 on the second night when I told them how noisy it was. The second room was lovely, exactly what we would have expected for the price we paid. Positives: lovely staff, very good breakfast and bikes available to borrow. Negatives: not very environmentally friendly, towels changed constantly and no option to ask them not to.

The most incredible and helpful staff I’ve ever experienced. They even arranged for a cappuccino in the long while we waited for a taxi they arranged for us. Absolutely 100% recommend this hotel
