This is a very nice boutique hotel located right at the main shopping district. Staff are very friendly and helpful, and they gave good restaurant recommendation. We have a room with a street view. It might be a little bit noisy for others but it's alright for us esp there is live music on the day & night time which we enjoye d(they end around 11pm, not hardly hear the music if you close the windows)
The only comment is the bathroom. It's clean and has everything but the water drains quite slowly. The shower floor is flat so the water can be easily spread over the whole bathroom and even outside the bathroom.

The worst ever. I drop my iPad Pro in the room, some staff took it and did not admit. It is the first time in my life in a 4-star hotel happened such ugly thing. Wish the someone do enjoy my iPad, oh, try harder in breaking the password, then we will see who you are.

One of the best Boutique Hotels, I have ever staid in my life. Location 10, Rooms 10, Cleanless 10, Decoration 10 (modern arts around the Hotel!). Breakfast 10 in a beautiful Roof Top. All the staff is always with a smile asking if you need something. Fully recommended! Oviously I will come back.

My wife and I visited for 4 days. The staff was attentive and made us feel at home. We were particularly pleased with the level of follow-up regarding dinning options, transportation to our wine tour and importantly, to the airport for our 7am flight. We will definitely stay again!

Extremely difficult getting to the property. If you are a 1st time driver or new driver to Italy it may be very tough getting through the crowded streets to the front of the hotel. Another downside was when the car is valeted you have to tell the front desk at least an hour prior to get your car out. Totally ruined plans one morning not knowing this. Other than that front desk is extremely helpful, rooms are nice, and the hotel is in a great location with plenty to do and eat around the hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The room was small. It was very clean and exceptionally quiet. The air conditioning was very good. The breakfast was outstanding.
Parking was an additional fee but was very easy. It was basically valet parking and convenient.
The location of the hotel was close to all the "sights".
I would highly recommend this hotel and will stay there again.

We stayed for four nights in May at Hotel Milu, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel felt comfortable and surprisingly spacious for its central location. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of delicious options, and the staff were very attentive—my child is allergic to eggs, and they took great care to accommodate his needs. The hosts were warm, friendly, and always willing to help. Be sure to ask them for gelato recommendations—their picks were fantastic!

From the moment we arrived, I was impressed by the exceptional service and attention to detail. The staff was incredibly warm, professional, and eager to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I immediately felt welcomed.
My room was nice and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere. Housekeeping was consistent and attentive throughout my stay.
Location-wise, the hotel is ideally situated—close to city center and 10 min walk from Train station. Whether you’re visiting for business or pleasure, it’s the perfect balance of convenience and comfort. Truly exceeded my expectations.
I truly cannot say enough good things about my experience. This hotel goes above and beyond in every aspect. They provided us with great recommendations for restaurants and bars. I will absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-tier stay.

3rd time staying here. Perfect location to walk to all the main tourist sites. It’s a boutique hotel filled with modern art. The welcome is lovely, the rooms are cool, comfortable and have everything you need. The top floor is where they serve a delicious buffet breakfast sitting out on the roof terrace, or you can pop up there anytime to get a coffee and a snack. Love the ambience and would happily return.
