I booked this hotel for a few days last minute and couldn't have been happier. Hotel staff were very welcoming and couldn't do enough to help. Room was very clean and serviced everyday. The pool area was clean within easy access into the pool which is important for me with reduced mobility. I have very specific dietary needs after surgery and these were catered for after a quick chat with staff

La struttura si trova a 10 minuti di auto da Brindisi, 10 min da un grosso centro commerciale e 15 min dai parcheggi per le spiagge di Torre Guaceto. Alcune camere hanno un balconcino e un angolo cottura ( costo extra), anche se senza stoviglie. La colazione è semplice. Le regole anti-covid erano rispettate alla reception e nella sala colazioni.

A budget stay in Brindisi in the pick seaso n. Staff are friendly. Room are decent size. Recommended to have a car as all attraction are reachable by the car.

Fint holdt hage og uteplass, rommet var romslig, men det var ikke noenting der, ingen utemøbler på terrassen, ikke så mye som et glass i kjøkkenskapet, men vi fikk låne med oss to glass fra baren. Greit nok på gjennomreise, men reiser nok ikke der igjen

Et aldrende resort, der på steder trængte til renovering .
Restauranten havde et meget begrænset spisekort. Det var som at komme 30-40 år tilbage i tiden.
Der var egentligt fint wifi på stedet , det meste af tiden havde det desværre ikke adgang til internettet.

I stayed a week at the hotel Minerva and really enjoyed the amenities such as the convenient breakfast, pool, proximity to the highway, and nearby airport.
Wonderful friendly staff to see each morning at breakfast with Caffe latte and a nice selection of baked goods and juices.

L’Hotel nell’insieme a un buon potenziale.
Purtroppo abbiamo avuto qualche problema quando siamo arrivati.
Tessere delle camera non funzionanti e bagagli chiusi nella stanza. Chiediamo alla reception di cambiare la stanza. Un’ora circa per poter riavere l’accesso alla camere per recuperare le valigie e fare il cambio.
Per quanto riguarda il resto, la colazione é un po’ limitata. La piscina bella e accessibile dalle 8 alle 21.

Un soggiorno di una notte, tutto sommato normale come Hotel niente di che, ristorante chiuso per un problema al Cuoco, abbiamo dovuto andare a Brindisi 13Km alle 21,30, un po' fuori dalla citta' e da tutto, comunque e' andata bene lo stesso, Hotel poco curato.

Aircon wouldn’t turn off so the room was freezing
The aircon made a loud clicking sound which also didn’t stop throughout the night.
The reception staff were not helpful and did not seem interested in resolving the issue.
