酒店条件很好，工作人员非常好，热情友好。

Hotel in zona relativamente periferica; comunque in 15-20’ a piedi si era in centro (se no bus - l’hotel forniva alcuni biglietti- o bici dell’hotel); camere semplici, ma pulite e spaziose; pochissime dotazioni: in particolare acqua prevista solo a pagamento. Personale gentile; colazione molto varia e buona. Personalmente, avendo segnalato che era il mio compleanno (a volte in altri hotel l’hanno visto dai documenti!) mi è sembrato strano che non arrivasse alcun pensiero, come successo in altre strutture.

Beautiful room, spacious and quiet. Staff is very friendly. They loan bikes to discover the town. The breakfast buffet was fantastic with a great variety of cheeses, meats, juices and cakes. Overall we had a great and comfortable stay.

Accueil agréable en français, le parking est libre en extérieur selon les places disponibles ou payant au garage. Chambre spacieuse , propre avec belle salle de bain. Les murs sont fins et on entend très bien les voisins...pas trop agréable. Le petit déjeuner est bien sans viennoiseries à la française.

Hotel was an easy 15 min walk from station and about the same into the historic center. Room was spacious with a balcony and good bathroom. Staff super welcoming. The breakfast had scrambled eggs and a variety of cheeses plus lots of sweets. Would recommend and stay again if in Ferrara.

Buon posizione

無料の駐車スペースがあり、レンタカーで訪問する時には安心して利用できます。ただし 旧市街までは徒歩で25分ほどかかるので 夕食時には少し 出かけるのを躊躇してしまいます。ホテルは部屋も広く 快適に過ごすことができます。ホテルスタッフもとても フレンドリーです。

La atención del personal es sobresaliente; fácil encontrar aparcamiento gratuito cerca del Hotel; excelente desayuno; el hotel necesita mantenimeinto: llama la atención el desgaste de las paredes de los pasillos; muy buen nivel de limpieza de las habitaciones: RECOMENDABLE

Tre saker: Duschmunstycket passade inte i hållaren. Vi saknade kaffe på rummet. Små yoghurtförpackningar i plast är inte optimal hållbarhet. Annars var allt bra!

Camere molto spaziose, buona colazione e personale gentile.

Camera spaziosa e pulita. Purtroppo il bagno mal disposto in quanto l'accesso alla vasca/doccia un po' sacrificato, praticamente attacca al lavandino e al water. Porta carta igienica posizionato in modo da dare fastidio all'accesso al bidet. Scarico dello sciacquone difettoso, perd acqua.Presenza di formiche in bagno! La presenza di moquette nella hall , nell'ascensore e nei corridoi appesantisce l'arredamento e almeno a mio parere è un ricettacolo di polvere.Colazione a buffet abbondante ma si qualità media. Non sembra un albergo a quattro stelle

Tres bon hotel

It was more of an old hotel than antique ( things were worn like the carpet and furniture) could probably use some updating and it needs AC control for each room! It was 85 degrees for 3 days and they said the AC will begin next week. The TV is tiny for the size of the room but the make up vanity was a plus. The bed cushions and throws could be softer and balcony furniture definitely needs to be improved. It’s too noisy to leave the door open for fresh air so my nights we uncomfortably hot! II liked the location for walking and the hotel has complimentary bikes to get around! The staff was extremely accommodating and pleasant. I was given good directions and restaurant suggestions. I also received information for Bus and Fly from the reception and that saved me over €100 to get to the airport!! The breakfast croissants were yummy with a cappuccino to start my days! I liked that the area was local with a bar and supermarket. A bigger fridge would have been ideal to keep my own charcuterie, cheese and wine!! After all it’s Italy!!

Väldigt trevligt mottagande och frukosten var överraskande bra . Hotellet är som helhet slitet men rummet var helt ok
