帕加內利飯店

最大的優勢是離水上巴士站、聖馬可廣場非常近，附近也有很多餐廳及熱門商店(蕾莉歐)，要去玻璃島、彩色島或outlet也都可以搭到適合的船班直達或轉車。如果行李比較多，也可以搭乘機場直達的水上巴士ALILAGUNA(約75分鐘，比較久一點，但不用拉行李走一大段石板路轉汽車和水上巴士)。 本館及別館都有住過，飯店比較有歷史，但整體而言還不錯，值得考慮，最大的優勢還是交通方便及地點。

房間有點小但位置非常好，碼頭就在正前方；早餐尚可，服務人員態度都很友善。

住在附屬建築也是在大街大廳Check-in，房間整齊乾淨、曬衣方便、早餐好吃、交通方便，散步即可抵達很多小景點。

飯店人員很熱心，且很有耐心的幫我們檢查wifi，地點也好得沒話說，最後一天還可以直接在最近的碼頭搭船到機場，比較在意的是整潔部份，如果再加強些會更好！房間雖小，但也舒適，整體而言很不錯。

Hotel Paganelli地點非常棒，就在碼頭前面可立刻搭到4.2、5.1航線，不用擔心拖著行李在石板路上行走，飯店旁就是聖馬可廣場，被大文豪喜愛知名的caffeflorian venice也在這裏。 飯店雖然老舊，不過應該有重新裝修過，床褥舒適好睡，但室內光線過於昏暗，我們的房間還有個自己的小露台，天氣不太熱時可以在露台上喝杯下午茶，且因為是在後棟，所以一點都不吵。 早餐要到隔壁棟的Paganelli飯店使用，非常豐盛，應有盡有，吃得很飽、吃得很好，可以不用只能喝超小杯的Espresso，服務員會問你要什麼？只要說吧！ 當時櫃檯入住時有個親切迷人的小姐，給予我們許多幫助，房間內還贈送一大盒約四人份水管義大利麵，我帶著它旅行，從威尼斯到佛羅倫斯、波隆納才將它烹煮了，令人印象美好的伴手禮。

豪華客房218號的潟湖景觀非常棒！飯店前就是水上巴士站，距離聖馬可廣場非常近，buffet早餐在轉角的二館1樓，項目選擇不多，熱食僅有炒蛋，可現點現做卡布奇諾。

很棒的飯店，交通相當方便，距離水上巴士的碼頭很近，客房內部乾淨整潔，浴室很大間，早餐也很豐富好吃，會向朋友們推薦

Great location - overlooking the water and ferry accessibility in San Marco area. We should have looked closer at hotel rating being a 3-star - not the best amenities available (eg restocking body wash/ shampoo was challenging). Hotel staff were friendly enough and accommodating.

The location is awesome!! Right along the grand canal and steps away from the vaporetto which was very convenient especially if you have luggages. The breakfast was really good with plenty of choices although it’s in a different building it’s not far from the hotel. Our room was on the ground floor facing the courtyard. There’s really not much of anything looking out but who cares if you can walk right out to the grand canal! Room is decent size, we had 2 check in size luggages and had enough room for it. It was weird that the room was next to a bathroom but we weren’t bothered by it.

So lucky we chose this hotel - such friendly and helpful staff - lovely modern room in a great location! Could not rate it high enough!

Absolutely loved the stay. Beautiful views of the water, friendly staff, helpful staff and just a great atmosphere to stay in during Venice. The rooms were stunning, modern and just absolutely beautiful. Would definitely recommend 10/10.

Excelent staff

I wasn’t happy with a/c and I stayed in lobby the morning we where going to check out while my family visited the area, my daughter brought me something to eat and I was asked to eat my food in the back room because they didn’t want customers seeing me eat in the lobby. I thought it was very rude, so I’m giving them a bad review!!!

Tolle Lage

Amazing place amazing staff who are willing to actually talk to you and recommend non touristy places. Rooms are good sized and clean. Held our bags with no problem after checking out.

Our stay was unfortunately disappointing. While the staff seemed polite at first, they were ultimately unhelpful whenever we needed anything. We also experienced several inappropriate and sarcastic remarks that appeared to be made simply because we're American, which made us feel unwelcome. To make matters worse, we accidentally left a pair of slippers in the room. When we called, we were told they had been found. When I asked if the slippers could be mailed to us since we were already at the airport, they claimed the slippers came from another room but that wasn't true of we were still coming. Overall, this experience was far below expectations.
