Lovely hotel. We had a lake view room which was a beautiful way to wake up each morning. Staff were attentive and helpful in suggesting great restaurants in town as well as advice on trains, since we using it as a base to tour Veneto.

This was our piccola casa away from our casa for 4 days. Impeccable service and attention to detail. This is what hotels should be. We felt at home from the moment we entered. Indeed the family that owns the hotel are always on the property. When we come back to Desenzano di Garda we will be back here.? This is the place to call home while you explore all the other enchanting towns around beautiful Lago di Garda!!

We loved the hotel, it is beautifully kept and super clean. The staff were excellent, superb English. We had an issue when we arrived having lost a bag, and Benjamin was very helpful. There are loads of lovely areas to sii8t, both inside and out, beautiful gardens front and back (front a little noisy from the road which is a shame) The roof terrace is a lovely and quiet sun trap with a lake view. the lemon garden and library are wonderfully quaint. The breakfast was superb, and we had dinner one night next to the pool, and the food was excellent. It is fancy and maybe a little more than elsewhere, but I couldn't fault it. The seared tuna was outstanding. The location is great, about a 10 min max walk to the town and the ferry terminal. It's a 20 minute walk from the train station downhill...or 10 euros in a taxi. Our room was comfortable, the bed was good and a very smart new bathroom. The balcony caught the evening sun until late

Cute hotel, great service and gave my room as requested. Breakfast was fantastic. Only reason for cutting a star is because there was smoking smell in my bathroom and the hall lights were not working. highly recommended in Desanzano.

Perfect hotel in every way!

Incredible stay at this family owned horel. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We ate there one evening (which is not something we usually do at hotels) and the food and service was outstanding. We enjoyed our trip so much so that if we were to come to Lake Garda again, we would definite stay there again!

Second time for us to spend our family holiday in this lovely hotel. For sure not the last time….

Et veldig idyllisk og fint hotel med veldig god service. Alle som jobbet der var vennlige og serviceinnstilte. Et fint hotel for voksne med nydelige hager med basseng. Veldig god lunsj og middag. Frokosten kunne vært noe bedre.

Had the pleasure to spend 4 nights at this hotel. It was a wonderful stay and we would love to come back one day. Service was beyond great - and a special thanks to Paulo for taking care of us from day 1.

Great outdoor spaces, really comfortable bed, modern bathroom, delicious breakfast and very friendly and professional staff.

We have just returned from a holiday here with our two young children, the hotel was nothing short of outstanding! We would absolutely return. The staff were so welcoming. We would recommend this hotel to anybody wanting to visit Lake Garda.

We had a great time here on a 5 night stay in May. The team did everything they could to make us feel comfortable and at home.

Un lindo hotel, todo muy limpio y el servicio sumamente amable

Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt Toller Service, nettes Personal, gutes Frühstück, schönes und sauberes Zimmer. Nette Kleinigkeit am Rande: Meine Frau hat sich über das schwarze Make-up Tuch im Badezimmer gefreut. (Zum abschminken) Das hat sie noch nicht oft in Hotels gesehen. Toll. Dazu zwei Pools, mindestens einer davon beheizt und überhaupt nichts zu meckern. Vielen Dank für einen schönen Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist auch wirklich gut. Nur einen Katzensprung von der Fußgängerzone und fast direkt am See. Nur von einer Straße getrennt.
