Super dejligt og rent værelse. God betjening både med at finde parkering og finde sig til rette😊

Staff were excellent and very friendly, really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Only two minor negatives to speak of: - The shower was old-fashioned and very weak - tea and coffee in the room was only replenished once in the entire week we were there. Overall we had an excellent stay, great location right by the lake (had a balcony with a lake view), would happily recommend this hotel.

Good breakfast, convenient location

Great location. Amazing view from balcony. Reception staff, dining staff were very helpful and friendly. Housekeeping superb standard- bed was really comfy! Breakfast was good quality with plenty of choice. Only issue was how thin the walls were. You could hear your neighbours conversations and even them using the bathroom. Did not sleep very well due to this issue.

Hotell med perfekt beliggenhet. Kort avstand til restauranter, ferge og togstasjon. Godt renhold, hyggelig og hjelpsomt personale. Ikke heis til alle etasjer/ fløyer. Mye trapper til noen rom. God frokost, litt sen påfylling av div mat noen ganger. Ikke benyttet parkering.

Henkilökunta ystävällistä ja ammattitaitoista! Lähellä hotellia sijaitsee iso parkkialue joten autolla saapuminen helppoa. Alue itsessään mukava ja kävelyetäisyydellä löytyy runsaasti ruokapaikkoja. Uimaranta aivan vieressä. Äänieristys huoneissa sen sijaan voisi olla parempi.

Beautiful spot right on the lake. Room was on the smallish side but fantastic views. Great staff, breakfast.

Best view ever!! Balcony views were amazing! Location was perfect and walkable to everything! Breakfast every morning was delicious! Staff was so helpful with questions we had! Would definitely return!

The property is conveniently located in the main area of Desanzano Del Garda. It is a two minute walk to a really great beach and under 10 minutes walking to the main city Square with all of the restaurants and bars and shops. Also, just a five minute taxi to the train station. The room was air-conditioned and at night, even though a busy area. It was still very quiet. The view from the balcony overlooking the lake was incredible gorgeous sunset and sunrise.

Tolles Hotel,welches unsere Erwartungen übertroffen hat. Gutes Frühstück,sehr nettes Personal,zentral gelegen mit schöner Freifläche vor dem Hotel. Das Zimmer war zwar nicht übermäßig groß, aber das ist für uns auch nicht wichtig. Etwas schwierig ist die Parksituation,da das Hotel nicht über eigene Parkplätze verfügt. Oberhalb vom Hotel gibt es einen kostenfreien Parkplatz,allerdings ist ein großer Teil der Parkflächen für Kurzzeitparker reserviert,man muss also Glück haben, einen Platz ohne Zeitbeschränkung zu bekommen. Es gibt auch die Möglichkeit,ein vergünstigtes Ticket für die Tiefgarage ganz in der Nähe zu erwerben.

L'hôtel est idéalement situé, face au lac, et la réceptionniste parle bien français et s'est montrée très serviable. Cependant, au petit-déjeuner, les employés du restaurant suivaient les clients dans leurs moindres gestes, au point que nous nous sommes sentis un peu harcelés et incapables de choisir nos plats confortablement.

The hotel is nice older but well maintained the only reason for 3 star review is the room, it was very far with no view I have never walked that long to get to my room, felt like a maze. But everything else including free breakfast was great.
