I absolutely love this hotel which is perfectly located right in the historical centre in a beautiful building. It is convenient for everything - dining, historical sites and transport. This was my second time staying there. The rooms are clean and comfortable with everything you need and the staff are fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Thankyou for a great stay.

Hotel very clean right in the center easy walk to sights and shops and restaurants

Ein wunderschönes Hotel super zentral gelegen mit Vorder- und Hintereingang. Sehr hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal. Besonders gefallen hat mir persönlich, dass man morgens den Kaffee an den Tisch gebracht bekommen hat. Jederzeit wieder. Unbedingte Empfehlung. Danke für diesen schönen Aufenthalt in Bologna.

Elegant hotel in great location. It was quiet also on Saturday night. Room was spotless clean. Breakfast was excellent.

Ett hotell med toppenläge men tyvärr fick vi ett väldigt dåligt bemötande vid incheckningen, tre män i receptionen som nonchalerade oss deras privata samtal var viktigare. Rummet hade en smutsig toalett, de ville inte ge oss ett nytt rum men efter att vi stod på oss så fick vi ett nytt. Däremot var det en jättetrevlig ung kille vid utcheckningen som var mycket serviceinriktad. Frukosten var bra.

Utmärkt läge, riktigt bra och kall AC (men lite för högljudd). Okej, lite äldre rum, med helrenoverat badrum. Sängen ok för en natt. Jättetrevlig personal, frukosten typisk för Italien. Om man kommer med bil behöver man tydligen höra av sig i god tid innan, vi ringde en timme innan ankomst och då var det för sent så de kunde inte hjälpa oss med parkeringen, men det löste sig med en parkering på ett torg (Piazza Roosevelt) i närheten. Hotellet ligger i ZTL så om du kommer med bil, be receptionen regga bilen så du inte får böter.

Ottimo hotel

L'albergo e' centralissimo, in un palazzo antico e pieno di fascino, e al contempo e' stato rinnovato a perfezione con tutte le comodita' moderne. Anche le piccole cose contano, come il fatto che ogni camera e' divisa in tree aree separate: camera da letto, bagno, e ingresso. La colazione e' abbastanza buona, ma, come del resto in moltissimi posti, c'e' ancora un qualche resistenza culturale a capire diete plant-based. In pratica, la colazione sarebbe perfetta se solo ci fossero piccoli cambiamenti o aggiunte, come latte di soia (o anche qualsiasi altro latte vegetale).

Starting with the good points, of which there were very few! The location of this hotel is great and right in the centre of Bologna. The breakfast was also really good. Unfortunately, we found the reception staff to be quite unfriendly, when we first entered the hotel to check in the 2 reception staff barely looked up from their computer screens to welcome us. The room itself was spacious but outdated & not what you would expect from a 4 star hotel. The bathroom had not been fully cleaned and there was what looked like a vomit (or potentially worse) stain on the bidet! Overall I wouldn’t return or recommend unfortunately.

Hotel Roma is NOT a 4* hotel, it is 3*. Very poor personal care kit, only a shower cap, a mini shoe sponge, really mini soaps and shampoos. No coffee maker, only a boiler with tea (in Italy!!!), no conditioner nor body lotion, bath gel or facial tissues Good breakfast, very good location and excellent attention in the reception.

Amazing location, super cute suite, friendly and helpful staff. Would absolutely stay again here!
