浴室沐浴的位置。比較不理想 浴簾經常把水流到地外，引致地面很滑、 真的要注意， 但其他也很好，👍員工很好設施亦都齊備

第一天沒有冷氣僅有送風像烤箱.而且最後機器直接當機 客服送來電扇吹、門窗是敞開、外面還比較涼爽。 好險飯店有即使處理後三晚就警報解除。 而後就非常開心慢慢遊。

房間與相片完全不符，整間房都很黑，光線不足夠

It is just 10 mins walk from train station and 7 mins walk from bus station which connect city center and airport, which is very convenient, yet it located in a less crowded square, provides a silence environment. Also, the ideas of the hotel come from Batman and related comics, which is new and surprising design in the ancient renaissance city - Florence. Beside, the front desk service is awesome, we are able to check-in very late (around 20:00) and mail our postcard (which saves much time for finding mailbox). Yet, the breakfast buffet provides just basic Italian breakfast, with little choices and lack of variety. Also, in order to enter some rooms (esp. on 4/F), one must walk down the stairs and get access to his room, which is difficult for someone whose luggage (suitcase) is heavy, therefore may be need to change to other easy accessible rooms. Also, the lift can only hold two men and their suitcase, which might consider as inconvenient for family guests. After all, the hotel provides a pleasant experience and a relaxing atmosphere to spend your night after the hectic visit daytime.

房間寬敞，洗浴設備運作良好，熱水穩定。缺點是裝修稍許陳舊，隔音不算太好，早餐種類不多，基本上每天就是炒蛋+火腿+芝士+乳酪，就住一兩天應該也無所謂。酒店位置不錯，走去火車站5-8分鐘

Superior location, very close to train station, cathedral. And mini markets and a great store that sells everywhere are right next to the hotel. Helpful staff. The design of the hotel is breath-taking.

酒店裝潢高大上, 早餐好吃選擇多, 靠近火車站巴士站, 不過浴室的淋浴間十分小, 胖子很難轉身, 空調也不足, 但房間清潔度很好

離佛羅倫斯中央車站走路約5-10分鍾、交通方便。房間內的設備該有的都有但唯一的缺點是沒有提供熱水壺給房客。冬天必須趕在飯店廚房休息或是要到Mini吧休息去拿熱水！

酒店外根本找不到仼何名牌，進口也不是在23號，最驚訝的是沐浴空間少得驚人，我們東方人都感覺得到轉身困難，那真的很難想像外國人怎可能使用！？希望只是我們住宿那間房的設計是這樣?

small room but clean,close to train station and breakfast was simple but nice. Friendly staff recommend the tour to Pisa.

飯店臨近車站、逛街區與知名景點，皆為走路可到的距離，房間很讚，早餐也不錯。

早餐的菜色不多，但麵包出呼意料的好吃，地點近火車站，交通方便，前面就是大廣場，離各大景點走路即可到，浴室地板有點滑

这个价位可以找到比这个酒店更好的选择，但是他的优秀的地理位置无可匹敌。

the shower room and shower area in the bathroom are too small. excellent location and not difficult to locate.

Nice place nice location!

駅から近くて便利。ドームなど観光施設とは少し離れるが徒歩観光中心の地域なので不便ではない。エレベーターなど設備は古いが綺麗に維持管理されていた。暖房はまだ入らない切り替わりの時期でやや寒かった。朝食はチーズハムが美味しく、スパークリングまであり満足した。

The room was spacious and clean but the shower was super small. My husband who is not large could barely fit in.

Shower cabinet is very small. I had to wash my feet in the bide
