O hotel eh bem localizado, as atendentes muito gentis e o café da manhã muito gostoso!!! Pegamos um quarto pequeno e com um chuveiro muito ruim!!! Ponto de atenção: escolher um quarto superior, o que peganos no foi no 1o andar. O quarto deixou a desejar e não condiz com o hotel

Es un edificio antiguo muy bonito, la habitación muy amplia, el baño estaba arriba ( ya que había escalera), lo cual no era conveniente. Pero es parte de la experiencia de estar en un lugar así. El personal muy amable, el desayuno adecuado. El pueblo es bonito pero no hay mucho que hacer, lo tomamos de base para visitar Assisi, Pavia y otros cercanos. No hay estacionamiento pero te ayudan en cierto horario von un valet. Buena experiencia.

Very conveniently located in the heart of Cortona.

Wonderdul historic hotel in a very convenient location just steps from the main square in Cortona. Delightful front desk staff that was very helpful. Enjoyed a great breakfast that had everything from scarmbled eggs to breakfast cakes. We arranged to park our car in their little garage next door at an additional charge. However you need to reserve that in advance and it has just a couple of spaces. Highly recommend this charming hotel.

This hotel was beauiful. Our room was exactly as pictured. It was spacious and comfortable. The staff was courteous and extremely helpful. The location was just a short walk from the piazza. In addition, the breakfast buffet was really nice - a lot of options and everything was delicious. Highly recommend this hotel.

I will stay in Cortana could not have been any better, we could not have picked a better hotel. The location is wonderful and right in the middle of the town. The rooms were clean and plenty of character and looked out with a fantastic view. The hotel staff were incredible, so friendly and helpful and even offered to send some belongings we left behind After checkout to us. We were travelling with kids and they accommodated our every need. I would 100% stay at this hotel again just based on the service we received. The actual building was really a bonus and the walk ability made our stay perfect! Great job hotel staff!!!!!

I was treated with the greatest kindness and respect. The building and all decorations are so beautiful. The room was clean and very quiet, beautiful decorations, great place for the price. Highly recommend.

First off, Cortona is BEAUTIFUL AND AMAZING! Such an amazing old walled city to walk, photograph and enjoy! Second, this property is one of the most beautiful and ancient places I’ve ever stayed! The halls and rooms were stunning. Old stone and iron everywhere. We stayed in the top room with the terrace. Oh man, I just can’t tell you how beautiful and fun this stay was. We sat on the terrace and watched the meteor shower while I did night photography! This property is stunning. The parking down the hill was free! Just pull into the parking lot, park, then call the desk to get you a taxi up to the hotel! Unless you’re fit and can climb a hill with suitcases get a quick 2 minute taxi up there! Trust me, it’s a walled city and the walk up and down is a thing! It’s only 150 yards or so but damn, it’s an ancient cobble stone hill! Get the ride! Bring comfy shoes because you’re gonna walk the whole town!

We were both delighted and terrified about staying at this hotel! It was a great hotel in all aspects a traveler wanted. The room was great.The staff was great. The hotel itself was very interesting with some large common rooms which were perfect settings for your camera. The hotel was a couple steps from the main charming square where they shot the movie Under The Tuscan Sun. So it was in a perfect location, right? Not so fast! The perfect location was also on top of a very steep hill, and the road was a very narrow coble-stone road. I guess it was nothing if you were the local. But for a bad American driver like myself, it was terrifying. My tiny underpowered rental car bearly squeezed through the road, and I was lucky not to run over anyone because the road was so steep all I could see was the blue sky above, not the road below. It was some experience! But, we got through the fear and had a wonderful time at this hotel

The hotel managerial staff was fantastic and helpful. Needed to stay an extra night and they were very accommodating!

The staff is hands down the best part about this property. They're attentive and helpful. It's a very unique, old property located just off the main part of the town. There are restaurants very close by and it's maybe a two minute walk to the main square. Breakfast was quite good. The only thing I didn't like was the location of our room, which was basically in the attic, up a tilted, uneven staircase. The roof sloped and we couldn't even use part of the room. We had one, very tiny window. Granted, it did have an amazing view of the valley, so we liked that. We were told we had gotten the very last room, so there wasn't a way to move to a better room. The only other issue was that the bed was really hard.

We enjoyed a four-night stay in one of their superior rooms and appreciated its spaciousness, in-room fridge, and attentive staff. They offer a great breakfast spread each morning, and are a minute's walk from the town's main piazzas. We'd be happy to stay again next time in town.

Very old building and a bit creepy, we felt uneasy there .The staff are very helpful and the location was great.

It may have been my phone but I lost GPS coverage while walking to my hotel. (Download an off-line map before leaving home.) I simply asked a stronger walking down the street and they stopped what they were downing and actually walked me to the front door.

Charming hotel and convenient to the center. Be sure to reserve a taxi ahead of time as getting there on foot by bus with luggage is an experience. Very friendly staff and plenty of lovely spaces to lounge in. Would definitely stay here again.

The place was quaint, not fancy, but very clean and great location. The workers/concierge at the front desk were very helpful
