Très bon accueil, surclassement effectué, parking en sous sol avec borne de recharge.

Staff was helpful and professional and very courteous! Specially Daniella, she was so helpful with my delayed baggage issue. Gorgeous hotel with access to Lake Maggiore. Thank you everyone!

Tout était parfait. Une chambre spacieuse avec une grande salle de bain. Balcon donnant sur la montagne et le lac. Propreté impeccable et décor de la chambre digne d'un film de Visconti. Quant au restaurant et son personnel top! Hall de l'hôtel super!

Great hotel with spacious clean rooms, a private beach and pool and great facilities. Super friendly and helpful staff. Only downside is slow wifi :)

Belle situation mais équipements vétustes, notamment un volet roulant hors service 3 nuits sur 4, sans possibilité de fermer les rideaux. Les lacunes dans le service (tasses non changées 2 jours de suite) étaient heureusement rattrapées par l'amabilité du personnel.

Die Frühstücksterasse mit Blick auf See und Inseln einzigartig. Der Hoteleigene Bootssteg zur Gästenutzung lässt 007 feeling aufkommen. Erlebnis der Extraklasse. Ottimo hotel con spiaggia privata. Camere molto confortevoli e pulite. Ci andiamo spesso e sicuramente ci andremo in futuro. Una garanzia sul lago Maggiore. Unica pecca che voglio segnalare è la mancanza di materassini sulle sdraio della spiaggia.ottima colazione. Personale gentilissimo

Superbe palace en bord de plage Magnifique jardin et piscine en complément de la baignade dans le lac Installations luxueuses Un peu difficile néanmoins de comprendre qu'on demande 5% supplémentaires au check out pour le service en proposant de les enlever si on n'est pas satisfait, autant l'ajouter dans le tarif de la chambre....étrange

This is the most lovely hotel I have ever stayed at. We had absolutely nothing to complain about. You are always prepared for the images to be better than the reality but this was the other way around. The hotel, the rooms, the beach and the grounds are stunning. Clean, not over crowded. Calm and pleasant stay. All the staff was lovely. We didn't want to leave! The beach is amazing and a part of it is available for dogs which was amazing! We chose between Splendid and the grand dino but are happy we chose Splendid since it was so calm. This place has that little extra. We can't wait to come back!

Bel hôtel avec une belle chambre vue sur le lac. Les transats au bord du lac sont tres agreables. La piscine est en revanche un peu fraiche. Beau buffet au petit dejeuner

Really enjoyed this hotel. Have a nice bar that you can also access from outside. Beautiful beach and pool area. It is about a 12 minute walk to the ferry. And sometimes it can be slightly noisy. My neighbor kept me up fighting with her boyfriend. Finally called down to the desk and they had it resolved in less than 5 minutes. My friends also got their laundry washed by hotel. So that was a great service. Lots of cruise liners (Viking) use that hotel. Again quite beautiful.

Really a beautiful hotel but not that family minded. Don’t choose the rooms with the Mountain View. Its a beautiful view but you’ll have a very busy road right next to it and its very noisy. We couldn’t sit in the evenings in our balcony and talk because of that road. Its typical Hotels.com who has these rooms always up to a road or the rooms the hotel can’t book otherwise. The hotel is very expensive and they charge extra for everything. 20 euros a day for parking, 20 euros a day for a baby cut/bed. They even charge money for umbrella rent. So stupid. There are no activities for kids even though they claim to have it.

Ci eravamo già stati ai primi di giugno e siccome ci eravamo trovati molto bene, abbiamo pensato di ripetere l’esperienza, questa volta ancora meglio, ci hanno concesso un upgrade di Junior Suite. Grazie

Our stay exceeded our expectations. Would definitely stay there again. There is a convenient bus that takes you into Stresa and Arona (the Baveno train station was not operational during our visit).

Fantastic hotel with location directly to lake. When I was to pay for stay - staff at reception told me a 5% add on to previous agreed price price for staying when booking via Hotels.com had to be added. Tip to all staff. Thats 5% of 2.300 EUR. They smiled and said…you’re most welcome to increase this to 10% or higher. This is highly problematic approach by hotel. Its a huge amount of tip to add Independent of the service staff gave during stay and based on price for staying at rather expensive hotel. I assess this as a clear case of a “rip off”. Pay in advance and be prepared for this approach hotel practice!
