Smart and comfortable hotel with very helpful staff. We booked the family room which was actually 2 interconnecting rooms and very good value for the price paid. Rooms are cool and stylish, great air con as we visited in a heat wave. Handy for Porte garibaldi. Various shops and restaurants nearby. Would stay again.

The staff at the front desk of this hotel was in poor service. When we arrived at the hotel and there were two staffs at the front desk. One of staff named "Txxxna" who did not give us a greeting and no smile thoroughly. She asked us to settle the payment of the room charge upon arrival. When she explains the hotel information to us, she just kept her eyes on the computer.
After settled the payment for the room charges, we found that the name of the guest on the receipt of our two rooms were mixed up. We asked to make the corrections. Her reaction was negative to us and rudely asked my friend to write down the name one more time.
I wondered how come she doesn't know the guests name as she got our passport already. At least give simply apologies to the guests is a must. But when I pointed out her false, she impolitely said "I don't care about you write a comment letter".
We were very disappointed at her bad temper and bad attitude especially standing at the front line. Our holiday mood was sadly turned down by her.

Das Hotel ist gut angebunden und im Umfeld gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants. Die Zimmer sind sauber und modern und das Frühstück sehr gut. Einzige Kritik ist das beim Frühstück nicht immer alles verfügbar war oder zu langsam aufgefüllt/nachgelegt wurde. Abgesehen davon hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt.

Rene og moderne rom og bad. God seng og puter, men dynene er veldig klumpete.
Hadde forventet annen rominndeling når man bestiller familierom ikke bare to conecting rooms. Da kan de bare selge det som det. Savnet et sitteområde. Stod også at man skulle få badekåper, men det var ikke tilgjengelig på rommet.
Hadde også bestilt et executive rom og dette var ikke annerledes enn et dobbeltrom, så ikke verdt de ekstra pengene. Det så ut på bildene at rommet skulle ha balkong.
Frokostem hadde veldig godt utvalg, men all varm maten var iskald når vi spiste kl 7, må ha kommet rett ut av kjøleskapet. Fersk brød var nystekt, men rundstykkene tørre. Godt utvalg av frukt. Vi spiste kl 9:30 den andre dagen og da var det helt kaos, mye mat var tomt og ikke fylt på og det manglet både glass og kopper. Juicen var varm. Det jobbet tre ansatte der, men det så ikke helt ut som de hadde kontroll på påfyll. Fylte på masse rett før frokosten skulle være ferdig. Hotellet ligger kort avstand til metro og tog noe som er praktisk. Det er også hyggelige restauranter, butikker og senter med matbutikk i område.
Vi gikk til domen på ca. 20 min.
Synes standarden på rommene er bra og området trygt og rolig, men de har ikke alle viktige detaljer på plass.

Spacious and clean rooms, nice beds and facilities. However, the walls are paper thin, and staff start cleaning at 6AM. They use vacuum cleaners and drag furnitures across the room. Each night I was waken up at least 4 times by various noises! The night before I left some kids were having birthday party on our floor and I couldn’t sleep. The bald manager whose name started with A was extremely unprofessional, impatient and clearly never trained for such situations. He was reluctant to give me a room change and gave me an invalid key to discourage me from moving. For a hotel with a built-in weakness like “not sound-proof”, you really gotta train your staff better. Other front desk people are kind and willing to help.

The hotel and rooms themselves are very nice. The breakfast was great, and the breakfast staff was very friendly. The front reception staff needs more hospitality training; they seemed slightly rude. My room was on the second floor overlooking a/c units and garbage cans. It also abutted the elevator and I heard constant banging. As I found out when I left at 5am, I was lucky: the front of the hotel faces a nightclub that overflows into the streets until 5 or 6am. It must be even louder in the front.

Beautiful hotel. Family suite was roomy and had a walk out to a personal roof top patio. Wish we would have stayed longer. staff was great and check in was easy.
