Check in時櫃台有兩位人員，一位正在接待客人，另一位不理我們。我們排隊等待前一位客人結束時，突然那位不理我們的櫃台人員很粗魯的叫我們過去，用含糊不清的英文、眼睛無視我們的態度替我們辦理check in。旁邊服務完客人的華裔櫃台人員趕快過來為我們繼續服務，那位無理的人員在沒辦完手續的情況下一句話也沒說就冷漠走掉，我們非常訝異他的無理。接下來為我們服務的華裔人員非常親切熱心的為我們回答明天的交通問題，才讓我們心情稍微好一些。第二天早上check out的櫃台小姐也很客氣熱心的幫我們叫計程車。
我很驚訝ibis全球連鎖的飯店竟然會有粗魯無理的員工。

I booked ibis because of the early flight the next day. But I still have to pay 25 euro to take a taxi to the airport. The satff there is just ok but the room is good. And notice no ATM there if you want some cash.

Average hotel, convenient for the airport, room in need of redecorating - dirty carpet, lots of marks on the walls, broken tiles in the bathroom, leaky sink and also from the Aircon. Breakfast ok.

The twin beds were small . Requested Double beds but got twin bed. Even then beds were so small that I cannot sleep for 3 nights . It is an airport hotel so requested to change every day but no help. Staff was really nasty and unprofessional. I will probably never book room with Expedia due to unacceptable and inaccurate descriptions of properties. No mini fridge or Tea making facilities in room. Th breakfast was poor with things running out and coffee machine broken all the time. Worst was beds and front office staff attitude.

La habitación olía muchísimo a cigarro, la calefacción no servía y no hubo agua caliente para bañarse. El restaurante se llenó y había una chica sola atendiendo que hacía lo que podía.
El hotel solo es opción viable si tienes un vuelo temprano, solo pasarás la noche y no encuentras lugar en otro pero si el objetivo es hacer turismo en el centro no te hospedes aquí
