Perfect place to stay in Palermo historical center. Close to most attractions. Staff very friendly and nice. Room spacious and clean. Good breakfast. Recommended

Great location, clean room and with everything you need. Don't have much food to offer but its within short walking distance to many restaurants. If you take the shuttle bus from the airport, it's just right next to the bus stop so its very convenient. Stayed there for one night on our stopover to Lampedusa, great choice with a good price tag.

The hotel is situated near the harbour. Not a nice place. It is very old and not well kept. Hotels.com should tell guests that the hotel is under renovation.
The AC did not work. Therefore no sleep. The room was full of uncomfortable paint fumes due to the ongoing work. All this was mentioned to the staff but they could only apologise. Don’t stay here!!!

Veldig sentral beliggenhet i Palermo, med gåavstand til de viktigste severdighetene.
Bodde på familierom med 1 seng og 1 sovesofa. Sovesofaen var veldig møkkete. Ikke trivelig å sove på den.

Dans cet hôtel, vous êtes transparent, personne ne vous salue. Ni à l'accueil, ni le responsable! Les petit déjeuner une catastrophe, très peu de choix, plus de tasse à café mais des gobelets en carton!
Une machine à café sur deux qui fonctionne, et une queue pour se chercher le café. Indigne d'un 4 étoiles!!
